BatrachophrenoandGitHub 7172d3dbe3 NTNet Extensibility (#22908)
Fixes https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/issues/21944

Spiritual successor of
https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/pull/22352
Cherrypicked changes from the C3 Crew Management branch, this PR
contains all NTNet extensibility features, including Field Relay
construction, off-site camera usage (contingent on standing up remote
hardware and being out of jamming), etc. This also fixes a handful of
outstanding telecomms and view/mobeye-related bugs adjacent to where I
was working.

changes:
- rscadd: "Adds NTNet extensibility, requires new machinery constructed
on away-site z-levels."
- rscadd: "Breaks NTNet Relay machinery into Quantum Relay ('core' obj
on Horizon) and Field Relay (deployable off-site constructions)."
- qol: "Embedded cameras (basically every video camera EXCEPT those
which are installed on walls) can now be viewed from NTNet-connected
z-level, not just connected ones."
- rscadd: "Adds several public camera monitor consoles to the Horizon
(near where public sensor grid feed consoles already exist)."
- rscadd: "Adds some spare camera console boards to Horizon technical
storage."
- qol: "Adds action button for 'cancel-camera-view' verb while viewing
cameras or looking up/down z-level."
- bugfix: "Fixes Jockey comms (frequency was missing from ANTAG_FREQS)."
- bugfix: "Fixes look-up/look-down actions intermittently failing
without first using cancel-camera-view."

BatrachophrenoandGitHub 4ecb0bc21c Repath obj/machinery to obj/structure/machinery [MDB Ignore] (#22500)
Repaths obj/machinery to obj/structure/machinery. **Note for
reviewers:** the only meaningful changed code exists within
**code/game/objects/structures.dm** and
**code/game/objects/structures/_machinery.dm**, largely concerning
damage procs. With the exception of moving airlock defines to their own
file, ALL OTHER CHANGES ARE STRICTLY PATH CHANGES.

Objects, _categorically_, are largely divided between those you can hold
in your hand/inventory and those you can't. Machinery objects are
already subtypes of Structures behaviorally, this PR just makes their
pathing reflect that, and allows for future work (tool actions, more
health/destruction functionality) to be developed without unnecessary
code duplication.

I have tested this PR by loading up the Horizon and dismantling various
machines and structures with tools, shooting guns of various types
throughout the ship, and detonating a bunch of explosions throughout the
ship.

VMSolidusandGitHub 7d15ceb8d5 freelook hard del (#22169)
This fixes a hard del on freelook eyes, which are used by some antag
items and building blueprints.

<img width="377" height="152" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5b1f9b00-88ba-44e1-9888-abf37e59195d"
/>

The hard del was caused by eye/freelook/Destroy() deleting a **holder**
for references before its parent eye/Destroy() could use that holder to
correctly clear its references.

eye/Destroy() calls release(owner)

<img width="189" height="90" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2864debe-15aa-4974-84b1-bc308a886e8f"
/>

which can only correctly release a reference in the visualnet var if it
wasn't already null. But the freelook was nulling it before it could be
correctly deconstructed.

we have a gorillion hard deletions and it turns out half of them are

1da20ad33f Adds the Odyssey gamemode. (#18972)
https://forums.aurorastation.org/topic/20198-mission-briefing-auroras-gamemode-revolution

To-do:

- [x] Finish storyteller verbs.
- [x] Storyteller landmarks.
- [x] Proper storyteller spawning. Right now the gamemode system is
happy with just picking one storyteller and no actors.
- [x] Antagonist whitelists code.
- [x] Adding the Storyteller whitelist.
- [x] Mission map loading code.
- [x] Map in a bunch of missions.
- [ ] Storyteller adminhelps.

RustingWithYouandGitHub 6957bc34f1 Blueprints Rework (#18947)
Reworks blueprints to use an eye component for area selection and
changing. Blueprints will now work on whichever overmap site they spawn
on if overmap is enabled, though currently they have only been added to
the Horizon.

Adds shuttle-modifying blueprints for altering shuttle areas and
exoplanet outpost blueprints for creating areas on exoplanets. A set of
outpost blueprints and a lockbox containing blueprints for the Horizon's
shuttles have been added to the CE's locker.

Moves eye creation to a component.

FluffyandGitHub ab23fbdb70 Function overloads condensation (#18939)
Unified most of the procs into one definition, so there are no duplicate
around the codebase.
Marked some of the above as overridable if a good enough case can be
made for them (eg. external dependency or unlikely to be used).

JohnWildkinsandErki a03f170f16 Ports BS12 fixes / refactor of visualnets. (#7572)
Ports (and adjusts) Baystation12/Baystation12#12521 et al. Essentially brings our visualnet code up to the standard of three years ago, rather than five.

Side effects of merging may include but are not limited to loss of AI vision, helmet camera failure, garbage collection implosion, infinite turf loops, and unintended layer shenanigans.

High-level changes:

Overall, visualnet/chunk procs have been renamed and refactored to be clear as to their function.
Fix some layering issues related to magic numbers, these have been set to constants.
Visualnets now track source movement rather than overriding individual mob/obj procs.
Adds obfuscation underlay to complicate memory fudging to remove camera static.
Cameras now only add themselves to the cameranet if they're on open (non-restricted) networks.
Helmet cameras now use cameras themselves rather than network defines.
Adds a sorted object list insertion helper.
The Camera MIU (presently unused) should now function properly.
Unused cultnet / cult mask deleted because refactoring that would likely kill the few brain cells I have left

LohikarandWerner 0abc1d2a65 Repath a bunch of things to /mob/abstract childtypes (#4111)
* Repaths eyes, observers, dview, and new_players to /mob/abstract subtypes.

* Adds /mob/abstract, a base type for 'abstract' mobs that aren't meant to be directly affected by the game world.
