There should be an opportunity cost to proning, which at the moment
there isn't and can't really be. When counting the amount of issues this
feature creates (making you artificially harder to it, looking extremely
silly, various layering issues...) it just needs to go at this point.

Unused vars take up memory and worsen proc overhead. By far the worst
offenders to this are vars on /atom and /mob since they more or less
globally stack lots and lots and lots and lots of proc overhead. So I'm
cleaning up unused vars on these to save resources. I also noted several
vars that are excellent candidates for making components or elements.
When I'm not drowning in school work anymore, their time is numbered.
Mfw every space carp forever has a CCIA record, no wonder mobs are
laggy.
Refactoring the entire destroy proc path from Mob Human all the way down
to Atom while trying to find the causes for the damn mob human hard
deletes. This PR comprehensively reorganizes every single stray
snowflake var used by /atom/ all the way to /mob/living/carbon/human,
and makes sure that every var that COULD store a reference, is now
cleared during the entirety of the Mob Destroy() parent hierarchy.
This may very well be the end of the lag war.
In total, I've hunted down and cleared 39 hanging references between
/atom and /mob/living/carbon/human

Just removing a few ancient 2008-era vars that were on every mob
globally, but were completely unused in the modern code. I thought about
removing the Mutations too, but since the Hulk mutation is actually used
by a tiny handful of things, I would probably have to do that in a
separate PR by turning the Hulk code into an Element instead.
Repaths obj/machinery to obj/structure/machinery. **Note for
reviewers:** the only meaningful changed code exists within
**code/game/objects/structures.dm** and
**code/game/objects/structures/_machinery.dm**, largely concerning
damage procs. With the exception of moving airlock defines to their own
file, ALL OTHER CHANGES ARE STRICTLY PATH CHANGES.
Objects, _categorically_, are largely divided between those you can hold
in your hand/inventory and those you can't. Machinery objects are
already subtypes of Structures behaviorally, this PR just makes their
pathing reflect that, and allows for future work (tool actions, more
health/destruction functionality) to be developed without unnecessary
code duplication.
I have tested this PR by loading up the Horizon and dismantling various
machines and structures with tools, shooting guns of various types
throughout the ship, and detonating a bunch of explosions throughout the
ship.
Ports screen alerts from CM13. This enables an immediate reference to
whether you are cuffed or buckled. It also provides an easy way to get
out of said situation by simply clicking on the alert.

A pull request commissioned by the Synthetic Lore Team to
comprehensively rework synthetics (read: IPCs) and how they work in
Aurora. The objective is to make IPCs as unique as possible from humans,
upgrading the robotic feel and atmosphere, while also preserving a good
sense of balance in-game.
Key features:
- A comprehensive expansion of synthetic organs, all of which now
fulfill a purpose: hydraulics, cooling units, power systems, actuators,
diagnostics units.
- Customizable organs with benefits and drawbacks, such as with cooling
units and power systems.
- Unique ways to repair the organs and more involved steps.
- Unique damage mechanics - every organ has wiring and electronics which
affect its functioning, and they are defended by plating which provides
natural armour.
- Improved and immersive diagnostics.
- Unique features, benefits, and drawbacks for every IPC frame.
- A rework of the positronic brain, which can be either destroyed or
shut down, alongside effects caused by low integrity.
- A rework of how EMPs affect IPC organs.
- Non-binary damage states for each organ.
To-do:
- [x] Finish the unique features for each frame.
- [x] Look into if mechanical synthskin is possible.
- [x] Power system.
- [x] Posibrain mechanics.
- [ ] Passive cooling expansion.
- [x] EMP mechanics.
- [x] Repair mechanics.
- [x] Mob weight mechanics.
- [ ] Gurney for heavy mobs.
- [x] New augments.
- [ ] IPC tag scanning and flashing.

1. Look up now follows your mob (no more auto-removal when you move,
only when you go below a solid tile). Maybe add a hotkey?
2. Made the codebase work with the latest version of spacemandmm lint.
3. Advanced kits don't work on robotic limbs.
4. Density shifting should now always use set_density. Ported
TRAIT_UNDENSE from CM to better control the density of living mobs.
Fixes weird shifting behaviour with wall leaning -- what was happening
is that mob density was getting reset to TRUE because the mob wasn't
lying down.
5. TGUI say light prefs actually save.

Added a bunch of flags for passflags on things that were previously
missing them.
Removed snowflake passthrow var, it's a passflag now.
Updated ClickCross and Adjacency code.
It's now possible to interact with things that are adjacent but
otherwise have a machine (or other appropriate items) blocking them, eg.
think of an APC on the wall with a machine in front of it.
This allows certain alien species (Currently Vaurcae, IPCs and Dionae)
to sleep while standing, and gives them a verb to let them choose to
sleep indefinitely.
It also adds custom messages for enter sleep and examining, as well as
changing the snoring emote for the above aliens too.

* Tweaked some messages to be based on time since last message, instead
of being based on probability. This includes low blood messages,
infected liver messages, fever messages, and some drug messages.
A significant amount of influence was taken from
https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/33255, however adapted
to Aurora. Key things to note is the port of the newer alpha settings
from /tg/, among other improvements.
The ancient holographic and screen overlay code has been purged. This is
now handled with emissives, while holograms are handled with filters as
well.

This is part 1 of a project to, eventually, bring the render planes
system from /tg/ and bay into Aurora. This is a prerequisite and blocker
for many things the development team and community want to have, and
this was long overdue.
Many objects have been re-assigned layers, which are now thoroughly
defined. Maps have had their custom layer defines purged, as we should
be moving away from this in favor of saner definitions in the base
items.
This should be a test-merge due to the sheer amount of layers changed,
which will very likely create issues that I cannot possibly discover and
debug in a reasonable amount of time myself.

Added a paralysis indicator to the HUD.
Being paralyzed will no longer make you asleep, instead, you will be awake with a crit overlay, and you will only be able to whisper.
Pain doesn't slow you down as much anymore. It's still pretty substantial, though.
You now lose pain damage much faster.
A message now plays if you drop your items because of how much pain damage you have.
- EMPs no longer deal permanent damage. Instead, they deal a temporary kind of damage called surge damage, that lasts for 10 seconds at maximum.
- Surge damage makes mechanical or assisted limbs count as broken and nonfunctional.
- Surge damage has special interactions with the mechanical heart and eyes.
- EMP damage is no longer randomized. It is now much more consistent.
- IPC battery is no longer represented as nutrition. Instead, the microbattery organ contains a super-capacity cell that is used for all their actions. This is represented with a new HUD icon.
- Hardsuits can now be charged in robot chargers if you are wearing them.
- Ion bolts now have a hit sound.
- Removed the ion rifle lethal mode.
- The ion rifle now has four shots.
'NOFALL' is now a status flag instead of being a var specific to BSTechs. It allows the mob to move between Z-levels and through empty space; even to 'fly up' against gravity. However the tech can no longer use this to 'phase into' matter if there is something above them.
...for that you want to use Ruin-Everything instead: incorporeal movement now has an additional type that's (still) just like a ninja's, but it also allows you to move between Z-levels.
Adds the anti-gravity verb to the Bluespace Robot preset and starts them with 'NOFALL' on.
When using 'GODMODE' you will no longer take damage when you fall; instead a cool message will be shown and a quiet thump will be played.
'GODMODE' now protects you from the awful effects of running - you can run indefinitely and won't take damage from it.
Thanks to the above changes the BST is now self-contained in a single file (well except for the robot preset).
To facilitate the above changes several godmode and incorporeal checks have been added (mostly to movement procs). It cuts on some extra proc overrides and type checks. Also results in a more 'natural' experience when using NOFALL, GODMODE or incorporeal movement.
Changed incorporeal values to defines.
Added a "darkvision" mode for the BST goggles.
I also updated some of the BST verbs to be more descriptive.
Stationbounds now have accents, starting off with Text-to-Speech, and can choose to mimic any accent.
The bots that robotics can produce now also have TTS accents.
IPCs can choose to use the TTS accent if they wish.
