Tweaked how gunjamming works. You now have to spam the Z button, or keep clicking the gun sprite if you don't have hotkeys, to unjam it.
Added sounds to jamming and unjamming guns.

Fixes lack of chat tags, and runtime on player panel preventing it from displaying stuff.
Don't really understand the problem with Cut() on the player panel data["players"], it should leave an empty list behind right..? Anyway. Let's see if this passes dreamchecker.

Redoes how mechs assign their bodyparts and hardpoints. Should be much easier to make new mechs now, mechs can also now handle having children. Bless.
Created the backbone for having a mounted autolathe, however it needs a mech_equipment sprite, and a new GUI, which isn't something I'm capable of doing.

Slimes are now content after growing into adults or reproducing, meaning they won't attack humanoids for a while afterwards.
The slime scanner has been tweaked to be a bit nicer.
Slightly reduced the damage slimes do.
Clicking a delivery chute with a held animal, such as a monkey, will now automatically deposit them into it.

Just a couple small number changes to make mining with pickaxes and drills more viable and decrease the number of credits earned from selling materials. The idea here is to have more send to science and decrease the overall amount of credits spend on guns, or at least require a head of staff to pitch in with their department funds.
