c30cd94024 Reworks armor damage reduction + armor components + more goodies. (#11106)
Ports Baystation12/Baystation12#27254 and Baystation12/Baystation12#24787 and everything inbetween I guess.

Note that this PR makes guns and armor overall stronger. Lasers also once again do organ damage.

changes:

    rscadd: "Ported a new chat system, Goonchat, that allows for cool things like changing font style, size, spacing, highlighting up to 5 strings in the chat, and DARK MODE."
    rscadd: "Repeated chat messages can now get compacted. You can disable this in goonchat settings."
    rscadd: "You can change icon style to any font on your system."
    tweak: "The game window has been altered a bit to adjust for this."
    rscdel: "Removed skin style prefs as they are no longer used."

7922c58c77 Spacebike Storage and Speedbuff (#9134)
Spacebikes, speeders, and monowheels now have storage compartments accessible by dragging it onto your sprite.
    Spacebikes and speeders now drive a bit faster on non-space tiles.

This shit is just full of issues that keep popping up and frankly I can't be fucked to deal with them.

Note: I'll probably do the same thing again but very simplified later on. This iteration is a mistake in how much of a mess it is, unfortunately.

Now this might actually be the last of the ports before I actually code things I swear.

Ports Baystation12/Baystation12#25773 and adds sprinting by holding the shift key, also adding the option to add more movement intents for species with their own slowdown etc etc.

* Base work for the unathi robot subspecies.

* Adds metabolism species, kidney vars, and the robot unathi organs.

* Moves some action buttons to organs, pretty much a bay port right now. Todo: the unathi and alien stuff should also go here.

* First autakh implant power.

* Fixes the organs action button this time.

* Finishes more implants, and interactions with flashs and vaurca.

* Prepare for great changes.

* Drops the real bomb, boss.

* He who fights with monsters.

* Far more work into augments and limb removing powers.

* Limb verbs should be good now.

* A LOT of work into the assited organ, allowing it to bleed and etc, as well adding a new chem that will stop bleeding in their case.

* Probably the last work on implants.

* Some extra touches.

* Some tweaks to the species.

* More fixes and adds kyre's sprites.

3d848e7cee Fixes "3" (#4993)
In converting some things from show_message to visible_message, people forgot that the 2nd argument is not range. But is instead, either blind message or user message. So I fixed it. Also added some high lighting and user messages.

a86398d0d2 Code Cleanup: (Bump(), Bumped()) -> (Collide(), CollidedWith()) (#4349)
This PR rips out the old Bump() and Bumped() procs and replaces them with Collide() and CollidedWith() respectively. Behavior should be the same, but Bump() should no longer be double-called, and no longer relies on spawns.

Other changes:

LAssailant is now a weakref.
Some direct loc setting are now forceMove().

Changing how the calculation of armor works , instead of just being a check if it is protected fully, half or nothing. Making armor more reliable and less rng dependant.

Also, uranium meteors will irradiate nearby people when they explode.

e53545e8f1 Tweaks space bike behavior with new map related turfs (#2725)
You can't put down the kickstand in turfs such as space or open space. Space bikes will now go fast in asteroid turfs, space and open spaces, making them a bit more useful.
