539be7f192 Fixing broken magic missiles, corrupted form and rev/cult tweaks (#1766)
-fix magic missiles not working
-corrupt form should not strip the wizard, should last longer and the fully upgraded form was buffed
-heads of staff, except implanted ones, can be converted to rev now
-cultists gets the cult language
-loyalty implants will stop rev convertion
-probably fixed ai and cyborgs being selected as cultists and getting access to aooc

f253c2c381 More delay issues, magboots, knive-boot, marble and ccia (#1586)

-adds some checks for magboots
-reduces the hardness of marble
-finally adds a delay when attacking common mobs with weapons
-finally adds a delay of cult mobs attacking things, like machines
-fix the flash pistol having no flash rounds
-fully remove custom items gloves from spawning from cargo
-replace all the references of ahdomai and S'randarr with Adhomai and S'rendarr
-import a bay fixe to hud runtimes
-removes christmas pun pun
-replace the old appearance that the ccia used with the newest and most robust one
-do more changes on the ccia code at ccia request, also, removes all the red and blue shit from it

bc8871ac2b Shells and Periphery (#1327)
Adds Shells. Adds tags. Adds IPC subspecies. Adds HK-47's. Does not add IPC construction.

Beyond the obvious review of shells, the exact stats of the IPC subspecies need review. They were largely an afterthought, and quickly overshadowed by the shell project.

fbaeb13039 Vaurca Patch 3.00; Fixes #496 (#493)
Vaurca filtration bit organ added. When destroyed or removed, oxygen becomes poisonous to the Vaurca.
Vaurca lungs have been made organic.
Vaurca take 3x toxin damage, as a result of their rather alien biology.
Vaurca lose additional blood when an opportunity to lose blood presents itself, due to their open-circulatory system.
Vaurca organs are no longer all robotic, except for the neural socket and filtration bit.
Vaurca organ surgery is now possible.

56e288e910 Vaurca Content 2 (#426)
Vaurca hivemind language added.
Vaurca appropriate name generator added.
Tied Vaurca language to their neural socket organ.
Added a method for non-Vaurca to intercept the Vaurca hivenet so long as they construct the correct item.
Sprites for Vaurca organs.
Neutered all Vaurca.
Cutting open a Vaurca for surgery now requires heavier equipment.
Injecting a Vaurca with a syringe now will take time.
Adds various Vaurca cosmetic items available via loadout.
Adds a few new burst-fire weapons exploiting the burstfire fix - obtainable via research or adminbus.
Ports the ability to stick heads on spears from Paradise-code.
Added an error message when trying to bite someone before the cooldown expires.
Removed spoken Vaurca language.
Heavily nerfed K'ois' properties.
Halved the nutrition value of nutriment, returning it to old-code state.
Nerfed the damage dealt by bite, while reducing the cooldown.
Fixed burstfire weapons spamming attack messages when fired, allowing for more automatic weapons.
Fixed Vaurca player ability to select coloured eyes.

a3a62bc186 Sign Language
Adds in sign language accessible with key :4, moves xenocommon to :z.
Also stops you from speaking sign language over any radios.

5e6617e7e6 Cleans up living/say broadcast and verb logic
Human say_quote() will use the language to obtain a speech verb while
silicon say_quote() will use synth speech verbs, so no need for the extra
language flag. Will mean that silicons will always use their synth speech
verbs regardless of language, however. Logic for what silicons use as
their verb should probably go in say_quote() anyways, so future updates to
that can go there instead of branching in living say code.
