Plasma cutters can now have their power cells removed with screwdrivers, and replaced by using the power cells on them.
Plasma cutters now do 20 damage, up from 15.
More things can now be disassembled with the plasma cutter. Non-reinforced walls, non-reinforced tables, grills, machine frames.
Tweaked how gunjamming works. You now have to spam the Z button, or keep clicking the gun sprite if you don't have hotkeys, to unjam it.
Added sounds to jamming and unjamming guns.
-adds the harpoon gun, to the merchant list and as a raider weapon

About 1.1 million instances of this runtime. This fixes all of them. In a somewhat sane manner. There was currently no mechanic which made projectiles stop if they reached the end of the map. This makes them qdel themselves.
The energy cell doesn't get moved to the crossbow when used on it. The rest works, though.
I also made the message about the rod getting supercharged stand out a bit more.
