When using the mech teleporter now, if you attempt to teleport into a wall or dense object, the mech will create a large emission at the area before being sent elsewear, causing hallos damage.

Adds telescience inhibitors to the station. These are fragile, powered machines that inhibit where bluespace activity can occur. The way it works is that it creates an 8 radius (16 tile wide) circular field that displaces any incoming or outgoing bluespace signal to an unintended destination just outside the area of effect.
Basically, incoming teleport signals are redirected to around a random location around the circle, and outgoing teleport signals are redirected to around a random location around the circle. For example, if a ninja was inside the area of effect and tried to teleport outside of it, it wouldn't work but instead teleport something else around me just outside the circle. This will very rarely occur, so most that will happen is that the ninja won't be able to teleport while inside the area of effect. If a ninja was outside the area of effect and tried teleporting inside the circle, they would instead teleport to a random location outside the circle.
A semi-intended side effect is that it would be harder for ninjas/wizards to break into the armory/vault/ai core. Of course, they could use other tools and walk inside the vault. This does not stop them from ever entering it, but makes it unsafe to teleport out.
EMPing a bluespace inhibitor teleports everything in a 20 tile radius to a random location on the station. This teleportation is "safe" and will only teleport the objects in a random station area in unoccupied space.
This PR fixes a few bugs with echoes, and adds in loredev requests for the feature. This list may expand, but currently it is:
1: Phoron walls/windows should prevent echoes from locomoting through them (Moon/Paradox)
2: Vaurca should be unable to become echoes and should be unable to host echoes (Bygone)
3: Unathi should be able to absorb echoes to increase their power level (Jackboot)
Wanted to fix one bug, but couldn't stop.
- Farmbot now have harvesting animation.
- Farmbots no longer have two water tanks inside of them, that was causing them to use hidden water tank and not let it be refilled. Fixes#5677
- Farmbots now will wait for weedlevel to be 5 or higher, that is when the alarm is triggered. And call `update_icon()` when it is done. Otherwise people wouldn't notice if they were killing weeds
- Vending machine now accept only items of the same type as defined in their product list. So you can no longer insert cult's ritual knife into Dinnerware. Fixes#5671
- Merchants cannot by generic mech's weapon, it was replaced with UT AC 2 and Scatterbox. Fixes#5675
- Ghosts cannot be teleported by telescience. Fixes#5688
Adds the following items:
-Stainless Steel Fork - Vedai'Kwia Xizal - conspiir
-Tokash Ancestral Spear - Suvek Tokash - evandorf
-Ghostly Board - Klavdiya Tikhomirov - alberyk
-Clawed Arm & Jacket - Diamond with Flaw - burgerbb
Removes make's antenna and change his coat to be a proper poncho.
This pra also has some changes, such as two bugfixes; one that prevents runtimes from adding new robotic limbs, and another that prevents dionaea arms from being regenerated if there is an arm present, and removing admin and species only related limbs from the fabricator, such as the hk limbs.
Teleportation using the do_teleport() proc will now have violent effects if you teleport into an unoccupied space. This currently does not effect teleportation that does not use the do_teleport() proc (wizards, ninjas, cultists).
If there is an object in your destination, and that object is both anchored and dense or opaque (turfs, tables, etcetera), then you will partially phase into the object. If you are a mob you will lose a limb, and if you are an object you will become damaged (if the object has an ex_act() defined). Then an explosion will occur based on your size (Most explosions are large enough only to damage the destination turf itself). You will be shunted into the nearest unoccupied space.
If there is NO adjacent unoccupied space, you will instead be destroyed. Mobs will gib, and objects will have crush_act called. The resulting explosion will be larger.
Yet another really bad idea from me that most people are going to like anyway.
The issues with the redundant commits down below should be fixed come next PR being merged. It's just some awkward nonsense with gitbash not working properly on my toaster, coupled with my lack of competency with it.
-tweaks some of the merchant's grammar
-fixes the antique shop missing the zweihander like it was supossed to have and the padded cap
-adds belt sprites to the claymore and dao, made by dronz

Overview
Adds thirst mechanics. Thirst mechanics work exactly like hunger mechanics where if you don't drink enough liquid, you become thirsty and move slower. Several other mechanics involving drinks were also changed.
For organic races, you gain hydration by consuming beverages and water. Water is the most effective way of hydrating yourself. IPCs are not affected by hydration and do not have to worry about it. If you overeat or overdrink, your nutrition decreases faster until you are of normal hunger and thirst levels.
Penalties for not eating or drinking are now more severe. If you refuse to drink or eat all shift, you will be up to 33% slower and take twice as much pain damage. The amount scales based on your hunger or thirst levels. If you are considered hungry or thirsty, it starts scaling until you're starving or seriously dehydrated. If you overeat and overdrink as well, you get a ~5% reduced movement and pain tolerance with each mechanic.
The icons for hunger have been updated to be more specific, and they match the new thirst indicators as well. https://i.imgur.com/QQbWxYI.png
You can now also inject beverages into your blood for x4 effectiveness. Before, IV dripping yourself with vodka did nothing but give you a small amount of toxins, but now it should be a hell of a party.
Dionaea can now be affected by beverages with respect to nutrition gains and temperature changes. Dionaea cannot be affected by some effects, such as stuttering and intoxication, still.
Healing effects for certain beverages (tea, milk) were removed. This a HRP server, milk shouldn't heal you.
The Leyon Pistol has been changed to be closer to the original vision of it.
It is loaded via a special 10mm speedloader, however loading it takes some time.
Each gun (when ordered via cargo) will ship with a speedloader.
The speedloaders itself can not be ordered, but 10mm ammunition boxes can which can be used to restock the speedloaders or load the gun directly.
Reduces the price for the gun at the merchants from 1500 to 500 credits
And makes additional ammo boxes purchaseable
Also changes the path name of the 10mm ammo/mags/... to be consistent with the standard pathing for ammo
Adds additional messages if you can not load a gun with a single cartridge (currently it fails silently)
Both items taken from the tgstation.
Magic eightballs allow you to ask a question, picking up a random answer. Or they might ask the dead on the deadchat, if it is a haunted one.
The ouija board allows some possible limited communication with the ghosts, however anyone else can move the planchette, allowing people to mess with other person as well.
Safer way accessing surge module in robot_damage.dm on emp_act that will not cause warnings or errors.
Updated antag up link description for surge module
-adds the changes suggested in this thread: https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11795
-renames the department jackets to look better in the examine
-reduces the price of toy guns and sets a price for vehicles in the worth list
So I was given input by the community that new IPC and borg surge modules are kinda useless. As they only provide 1-3 EMP protections given that ION rifles are 10 shots charge, and that IPC costs 14 TC which is more then half of traitor uplink. And borgs surge cost too much in resources to build. I expected that, so now I think I want to buff it.
IPC surge module now costs 12 TC(as opposed to 14).
comes in with 2-5 EMP protections which is RNG based.
Borg's surge module built cost in gold and silver was reduced by 50% from 10000 G and 15000 S to 5000 G and 7500 S.
Borg's surge module comes in with 2-5 EMP protections which is RNG based
Also I made surge's nanopaste to look fancier 💯

-fixes more secret chems showing up on cargo warehouse
-removes rainbow slime core, since there is no way you can get it, from the bounties
-fix the adhomian bread recipe
-removes the mining drone ore hunting behavior, which just ended with them falling down holes and other dumb things
-fixes #5097 by removing the bluespace leak ruin, since the bluespace walls had some bizarre interaction with simulated turfs in the asteroid, besides just pushing half of the loots into walls
Adds HUD aviators, they can be toggled onto HUD mode or just appearing as aviators. Security variant transforms from security HUD to flash protection. In turn, I've taken away their default glasses in exchange for these. This also adds civilian sunglasses to the loadout for fashion purposes.
This Ports TGs System of Cargo Rewards and Bounties.
It also changes the paths of some of the foods (to be easier to use with the bounites)
It integrates the bounty application into the cargo control app
The cargo control app can now print invoices for orders and shipments

Adds cyborg heavy surge prevention module as an upgrade by robotics. It is expensive to make, requires a bit high tech, and can protect cyborg for 1-3 EMP pulses which is purely random when module is installed.
Adds IPC surge prevention module via antag uplink. The module comes in the form of modified red nanopaste that only interacts with IPCs. Like cyborg module it gives EMP protection for 1-3 pulses which is purely random by nanopaste. Can be used only once per paste. Cost for it is 14 telecrystals(idk if need to bump it higher, idea is that you can't buy two of them as traitor).
adds sprite for new nanopaste with surge module.
Cleans up some code in files I worked on.
Fixes bug where destroyed cyborg components would vanish. Fixes#5000
This UI is going to be more integrated with BYOND host objects. It's update principal is very different from nanoui's. It is based around state that is being synchronized with server and client (browser). Such synchronization has it's problems, like it can't handle rapid changes, what could cause client and server to become out of sync and client state to be discard.

This is honestly one of my biggest and most ambitious projects. I hope people are happy with this.
Custom kinetic accelerators are special, customizable mining weapons that are meant to give a sense of progression, and a sense of pride and accomplishment while mining. Each custom KA is made up of 3 or 4 parts:
The Frame (5 to choose from)
The Cell (5 to choose from, +1 traitor)
The Barrel (5 to choose from, +1 traitor)
The Upgrade Chip (7 to choose from, +1 traitor)
The sprites change with each addon, they are truly dynamic and there are so many combinations of parts that a miner can have. You can have several different builds for each desired mining style, it's quite a robust system.
You can have a KA that shoots slowly, but delivers high-penetrating shots that go through several walls of rock. You can have a KA that shoots REALLY fast, but precisely destroys 1 rock at a time. You can have an absolute canon of a beast, that destroys rocks in a 3 tile radius around it.
The parts can be obtained via research, via abandoned crates, or via RNG in the cargo warehouse. There are some custom KAs that spawn on the raider's ship, on the mercs ship, and a laser one on the merc's headquarters. That laser one can also be bought from the traitor uplink as well.
ERT get a class 4 KA for use in special operations, if they choose to use it.
This pr adds a backpack mounted minigun. That requires the user to wear the power source on their back to deploy the weapon and fire it. It can supply nearly enough dakka, but it robs the user of wearing a backpack, a rig or carrying anything in their other hand while firing. It can be brought with around 50 telecrystals.
Sprites are from tg station.

Adds a new special disability, love. Love works like monophobia, except that it specifically targets a single living mob and the owner must stay within the presence of that mob. The owner is also more susceptible to that mob's will.
Adds four new chemicals, with the potential for more:
1: Sovereign Glue
When applied to an object, the sovereign glue makes that object sticky. Anyone who picks it up cannot put it back down or have it taken from them unless the hand is severed or the glue removed. May consider other applications upon suggestion.
2: Universal solvent
Specifically counteracts sovereign glue. If more mundane applications can be suggested, this would probably not be a secret chemical. I can't think of any right now however.
3: Philter of Love
When ingested, the subject gains the love disability if they do not already have it.
4: Shapesand
Shapesand can be applied to any object. A counterfeit is created that looks and feels exactly like that item. If someone attempts to use the counterfeit, it collapses into sand (Specifically, in afterattack()).
This pr adds bayonets, knives that you can attach to some rifles. When attacking someone in melee with the rifle, you will attack your target with the bayonet instead of the rifle itself. Sprites are from tg and baystation.
Also, fixes the vintage rifle having no in hand sprites
