So while I was doing completely different things, I remembered discussing, with Geeves, that our preferences toggles only save 16 bit flags. Despite BYOND now supporting 24 of them. Lo and behold, sanitization is at fault. So I fixed it.
Added a define BITFIELDMAX to indicate the max length of a BYOND bitfield. Replaced all relevant uses of 65535 with it. (Need to do a sweep for 0xffff as well, actually.)
This pr adds an augment option to the loadout, that by using copious amounts of shitcode, allows players to spend their snowflake points into becoming total powergamers cool augmented cyborgs.
Also, make a couple of changes to allow all limbs to host internal organs and interact with them in surgery.
Adds a new security armband and the detective uniforms to loadout. Adjusts the default grey and tan investigator uniforms to have their ties/accents be blue in order to fit in better with the rest of the department. Also fixes the Ftech uniform's pants. This also changes their names to "Tan investigator's uniform" and "grey investigator's uniform" due to both roles being able to wear the outfits. This also removes that green trenchcoat I made because frankly it wasn't very good.
Re-adds the former redsec winter coat as a generic red winter coat. It's the same coat from the picture on the Empire of Dominia wiki page.
Doesn't count as standard security uniform, and doesn't carry any armour values like the security winter coat whatsoever, either. But I guess Necropolis contractors could get away with it.
On the occasion of The Trinary Perfection rework, a religion tab has been added to the loadout. All clothes related to this religion are available in this new tab.
In the future, it can also be used for other religions.
Species that are neuter (at least from the human/player characters' perspective) will now properly spawn as neuter, and be neuter in the character setup screen.
This affects (tagged) IPCs, Dionae, Vox & Vaurca.
Also fixes some gender related grammar stuff.
I think all the procs that randomise based on gender will just default to one or the other and shouldn't have noticeably weird results.
This also fixes the bug where Diona players would be 'he/she', but NPC diona would be 'it'.
The sexy, more fashionable red field beret alongside the blue, less sexy dress one.
Removes the armor from the field/sentinel berets, as I'm sure the PR wouldn't fly otherwise.
