Adds rods and brains to the permissible list of items that can be inserted into a cooking container, so you can make the hardcoded kebabs and brain sammiches.
Also fixes a problem with the variable food code that would cause recursion and fail to give the output food a name.
(Tbqh you can technically make kebabs and sandwiches out of anything buuuuuut. Kebab.)
KAs no longer leave behind phantom projectiles that injure people.

You can now only hit people with fire extinguishers if you are on hurt intent.
Extinguisher refills now fit in your backpack, fire extinguishers now do not.
Foam from fire extinguishers now go onto mobs as well, instead of just the turfs.
Halved the amount of volume extinguisher refill canisters have.
With permission from Herpetophilia, this adds an unathi staff to the loadout, sacrilegiously held by a human below. It's available in the religion loadout tab.
You will now place a storage item into a disposal bin even without harm intent, if the container is empty.
While not explicitly a bug, it's strange and unintended behaviour.

Skrell voidsuit now has values that make sense since it was stronger than the sec voidsuit.
The normal sec vests have now more balanced armor values.
Changes the sec voidsuits to match the values of the vest.
EVA suits can no longer carry toolboxes in their suit storages, but the CE's suit now can.
Ported the clickcatcher from tg/bay. You can now click black spots to turn. Isn't that handy, especially with vision cones.
Reworked fullscreen overlays into an easier and better system, courtesy of PsiOmegaDelta.
Similiarly, added fadeout animations to all pain overlays, plus unconsciousness.
Fixed the vampire frenzy overlay never showing.
Unconsciousness is now FULL darkness.
Flashing mobs is now an inbuilt proc.
