Removes some Bay references from the Credits (#4745)

## About The Pull Request

Title. I removed mentions of Phoron, Utanis or whatever their lizards
are called and swapped Terran to your GalFed thing.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Lore should be accurate.

## Proof Of Testing

It compiles.
