- changes nuke op hardsuit toggle proc to be more general, for more unique hardsuits
- removes armor from owl/griffin wing costumes (it didn't make sense anyways)

attackby() now has an argument containing the parameters of the click that called it. Items placed on tables now center their icon where the user clicked. this is NOT true for racks, since racks look organised in their sprite.
...
Items reset their pixel_x and pixel_y values on pickup.

Modifies the fitted var to allow for clothing that looks good with female uniform generation save for the dickpixel(tm), FEMALE_UNIFORM_TOP.

Reclassified uniforms as needed. Most uniforms can now get some sort of variation without any sort of visual weirdness.
Uniforms with "enhanced" chests continue to be excluded for that very reason, ironically.
