Duplicates the "turret_protected/ai" area type check found on the alien abductors camera console Send To command so it also applies to the Send Self command.

Getting snatched by abductors as AI Post #52718 is bad.

This is not an IDED because it was caused by a glitch. I was playing as AI and found myself carded by some ayylines. It turns out while they can not send their agent to do the deed they were more than capable of sending self as I suspected and confirmed with some local testing.

* AI core is now Abductor-proof. Part 2: This time they really can't get in, promise.

Exactly the same functionality for a cheaper cost, no typecache lists being built.

One could argue that this diminishes expansibility. I'd argue back that this is a rather lazy hack and shouldn't be expanded on.
If you want to add more complex smoothing functionality then don't make it area-based.

About The Pull Request

/area/proc/usage() attempts to give list-like access to a bunch of vars. Why not make it a list instead and avoid all the proc calls? Might be room for followup here, to do something to powered(), use_power() etc.

Some legacy machinery was ignoring the default machinery use_power pulling from the machine's power channel by default

Total power usage was unused, APCs ignored it in favor of calculating it themselves :)

I also renamed the defines because they were in the danger zone of being very common words.

Over the years we've accumulated a ton of mish-mashed and clashing area icons. This resprites (almost) every area icon to follow a standard text, design, and general department/section color. Also adds some new unique icons for areas that previously used basic area icons.

Plumbing machinery connects can now be hidden aswell
Plumbing can now also be properly mapped in without breaking anything
Plumbing component now uses the normal overlay systeem instead of being a weird exception

You can now add the /datum/element/undertile element to instantly make something hidable under tiles when appropriate.

About The Pull Request

I observed someone request to be perma'd round start and then they just chilled in perma the whole shift. Security isn't always going to be up for putting people in perma and players who have been placed in perma tend to go catatonic. This allows players who are interested in having a chill shift doing the stuff in perma and acting like they've done crimes the opportunity to do that.
Why It's Good For The Game

Crew content. I'm not saying it's mindblowing but if we add it in as a role it will open the door for people to look at perma and what could be done with prisoners.

Prisoners spawn with a prison ID, a jumpsuit, and shoes. They are also currently spawning with a backpack and I'm uncertain about whether or not I want to do anything with that.

This is ready for a testmerge and worked for me locally.

Feedback is of course welcome, and I'd appreciate suggestions re: balancing this role. Maybe they should be roundstart pacified or something.

00043330a0 New King Goat Lavaland Boss! (#48823)
About The Pull Request

This pr adds in a new lavaland boss in a seperate z level arena also included are goat plushies that ram into people and goat skins which you get by butchering goats and can wear on your head, a goat gun that shoots goats and finally multiple tweaks/fixes generally involving possible ways to teleport out of noteleport area and or cheese the king goat.
Why It's Good For The Game

Lavaland has not seen any new bosses for a long bloody time and although the boss may be a bit silly I feel more hardcore players will enjoy the challenge it brings since this is meant to be a very hard boss also new goat related items are always neat.

add: Goats now drop skin which you can wear on your head! (coder sprite)
