3626454719 The final whispering uses succumb, which will log their will to die.
All living mobs can now use InCritical(), humans override it.

ad3d3c92ac Removes the deliverychute entirely from the machinery ticker and updates his flush() proc with his parent that I fixed long time ago. Because someone though that copypasting was the best idea to make new machines.
Anyways I'm not planning to keep touching this for a while, if you want to remove the copypasta, please, do it.
If there's a wall on top of the exit of a disposal pipe, the disposal pipe will now shoot the stuff to the wall anyways because being stuck in the holder inside of pipe sucks.

53b2d2e928 NanoUI Update
* Refactored the code used in the ui_interact procs to be neater and easy to understand (also less code duplication). Updated all existing ui_interact procs to match.
* Rebuilt (and simplified) template rendering system, removed data-linking (the use of carets "^" in templates) and the need to send the full data structure every update (just send whatever you want now, it's fully dynamic). Updated all existing templates to match.
* Restructured HTML and JavaScript to increase compatibility with IE (this fixes "blank uis" for many users).
* Increased the number of error messages to help diagnose issues.
* Multiple performance improvements, especially when updating an open ui.
* Added the ability to update a ui for an individual user (nanomanager update_user_uis proc, used for things like realtime messages in Bay's PDA).
* Added a "Loading..." notice to the UI. If this stays then your JavaScript isn't enabled.
* Removed redundant wip apc.tmpl file.
* Added a link to the online docs in TemplatesGuide.txt.

ddb52452a1 Final whispers will use the Elipses proc for extra tension.
The Elipses proc got a new argument which disables replacing words with ..., and instead just adds them.

a0eac7b352 While in critical you can whisper your final breath, it will result in you immediately dying afterwards, like in the movies!
How much you can say is dependent on how far away you are from death, the closer the less you can say.

fe410178fb Gives Razharas' icon to the syndieborg
Adds the crowbar and flash module to the syndieborg loadout
Changes the TC_cost variable of the teleporter to update with the
uplink_items TC_cost (thanks for the help Giacom).

6ab6f4ada0 Re-added the recycler's emag functionality and changed it so that it does massive brute damage and eats the person's equipped items.
The blood on the recycler is now scannable by a forensic scanner.
Fingerprints will now properly show up on the recycler.
The status effect procs will now properly update the can_move()
Admins can now possess the recycler to properly get it to gib people that it moves into.
The mineral stacker in disposals will now release stacks of 10.

443d6e2d9e [MAP] Adds Syndicate Borgs
Nuclear Operatives can now order a Syndicate Borg for 20TC. After
spawned, a candidate from ghosts is chosen to control it.
It has a 25k cell and the following modules:
-Emag
-Esword
-Ebow
-Laser Rifle
-Jetpack

All weapons use 100 charge per shot.

2 borg rechargers have been added to the Syndicate Shuttle for the
Syndieborgs to use.
Changelog will be added in a separate commit.
