Added the very basis of cultist mode, it doesn't have proper objectives yet, but at least I can catch some bugs via playtesting, hopefully.
...
Wizards now shout a spell when they're casting - not corresponding to the spell itself, though, it's a placeholder until granny finishes his voice acting.

Tweaked the map around a bit, namely - moved chemistry to medbay, moved RD office to where chemistry was before, added a nuke (can't be armed) storage to where RD office was before.

Added trollface and Friend Computer AI status display. Friend Computer overrides all displays except for supply shuttle and prison ones.

Renamed "Goat Fart" admin rank to "Filthy Xeno" for /tg/ness.
Emagging cyborgs works now.
Changed rune icons.

Made rune 1 connect all runes of the same key.
Made rune words random.
Cultists now get a tome (if the admins are generous) and a word at the moment they're made cultist.
Added admin tome, making runes without need to search words.
Added "check words" verb for admins.
Removed travel rune at the derelict, doesn't work with random words, or at least I couldn't make it work. Will work on it tomorrow.

Fixed the cultist stuff NEO broke (probably accidentaly, but who knows).
...
Cultists can't convert nonhumans and you can't SE inject anyone who's not a human or monkey now.
