29fab30384 Added 40% chance of gun in active hand going off if someone tries to disarm holder.
There is also 10% chance that gun in off hand will go off.

b30ba9314c Reverted changes by 'dismemberment fix'
It's a bit misleading, but you can just set base icon to limbless torso, so no need to subtract every missing limb from there.
Subtracting will cause mob have see-through holes when seen from the side too.

7e1e1872b2 Readded robolimbs and amputated limbs drawing properly.
Now character gets proper robo and amputated limbs on spawn.
Readded checks for amputated hands.

Turns out my previous fix did not help. Problem was in detective ammo having wrong caliber.
