Standardization of the object tree and some modified functionality.
Moved a lot of storage/*_kit and similar boxes to storage/box/* ; most of these can now be found in boxes.dm. First aid kits remain a separate item type.
Replacement Light boxes pick up lights (for example broken ones) when used on them
Moved weapon/secstorage to storage/secure
Moved plant bags, ore satchel, trash bag, and sheet snatcher to storage/bag, in bags.dm
Fixed reagent_containers and snacks to pass through attackby() so the use_to_pickup code works. This affects plant bags, trash bags, and pill bottles.
Dice packs are now pill bottles, and all pill bottles can pick up dice.
Added error handling to uplink/generate_menu() so that one mistyped string doesn't bork the whole syndie uplink menu, since strings cannot be type-checked at compile time.
Cigarette packs and crayon boxes are now storage/fancy, however they retain existing update_icon() code.
Added a comment to storage.dm so that future people know where to look for use_to_pickup and allow_quick_gather code.
Updated all maps.
I've tried to test this thoroughly but I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few lingering issues. Try not to panic if you encounter any.

-Made computers use idle_power_usage and active_power_usage that it used from the MC.
I'm sure something is likely to break because I removed a lot of snowflake code. I tried to test all the computers with what I can but if you find something odd then please tell me.

Cargo Techs, Miners, and Roboticists no longer start with gloves. Instead, a limited number of gloves have been added to each of their departments.
Shuttle Brig now requires Holding Cell access
Janitor given a pair of latex gloves
Red pen added to Warden's office by request

-Reduced the chunks of code about minerals in door_assembly.dm
Preeeetty much this commit is just to update all the files to the new path of the minerals. From here, if I can, I'll start changing one by one to remove the huge chunks of code.

Deleted beach.dm and moved the code to floor_types.dm, the turf/simulated/beach is now turf/simulated/floor/beach.
Changed the turfs in the holodeck beach to the new type.
Falsewalls and walls have the right descriptions and names now.
'bananium' and 'sand' falsewalls are deleted, we already have 'honk' and 'sandstone', that are the same thing
Deleted a bunch of code that does the same thing in girders.dm (This still needs a lot of work, I'm unhappy of how it ended up)
I'll keep working with sheets of minerals, they are really messy, I think some of them are defined twice (!) and there are large chunks of code that does the same thing when they are used. But, as always, to be continued~

- Changed mineral walls, they have their own type by mineral instead of a variable
- Now you can spawn the different mineral walls with the game panel
- Fixed the examining in walls, they will now show the text on the 'desc' var
There are still some stuff out there with mineral walls, ugly chunks of code that does the same thing, two vars that have the same value and stuff like that. All of that will be purged, but, as always, to be continued~

-Atmos delay is now based on active players, to help fight lag for massive player rounds.
-Changed some for(blah in world) loops to use the correct lists.

Artifacts and strange rock formations spawn during world gen. Frequency
may need tweaking.
Strange rocks melt when acid hits them due to what I assume are changes
/tg/ made with how acid works. Alternately I missed something during
copypasta spree. I'll muck with it later. For now, harvesting always
works with applied welding tools.
Ore boxes back to old beautiful selves. Re-added a few icons to
mining.dmi and the strange rock icon to turfs.dmi
Updated flashlight code a little.
Added inhand sprites for desk lamps.
Standardised modules/paperwork.
Decapitalised a bunch of mining items.
Slightly reverted update_icons.dm, so we're not looping through mutations more than we need to. Also, skeletons can now wear lipstick!
A few other things which aren't worth listing individually.

Comments for lighting:
Like sd_DAL (what we used to use), it changes the shading overlays of areas by splitting each type of area into sub-areas
by using the var/tag variable and moving turfs into the contents list of the correct sub-area.
Unlike sd_DAL however it uses a queueing system. Everytime we call a change to opacity or luminosity
(through SetOpacity() or SetLuminosity()) we are simply updating variables and scheduling certain lights/turfs for an
update. Actual updates are handled periodically by the lighting_controller. This carries additional overheads, however it
means that each thing is changed only once per lighting_controller.processing_interval ticks. Allowing for greater control
over how much priority we'd like lighting updates to have. It also makes it possible for us to simply delay updates by
setting lighting_controller.processing = 0 at say, the start of a large explosion, waiting for it to finish, and then
turning it back on with lighting_controller.processing = 1.
Unlike our old system there is a hardcoded maximum luminosity. This is to discourage coders using large luminosity values
for dynamic lighting, as the cost of lighting grows rapidly at large luminosity levels (especially when changing opacity
at runtime)
Also, in order for the queueing system to work, each light remembers the effect it casts on each turf. This is going to
have larger memory requirements than our previous system but hopefully it's worth the hassle for the greater control we
gain. Besides, there are far far worse uses of needless lists in the game, it'd be worth pruning some of them to offset
costs.
Known Issues/TODO:
admin-spawned turfs will have broken lumcounts. Not willing to fix it at this moment
mob luminosity will be lower than expected when one of multiple light sources is dropped after exceeding the maximum luminosity
Shuttles still do not have support for dynamic lighting (I hope to fix this at some point)
No directional lighting support. Fairly easy to add this and the code is ready.
When opening airlocks etc, lighting does not always update to account for the change in opacity.
Explosions now cause lighting to cease processing temporarily.
Moved controller datums to the code/controllers directory. I plan on standardising them.
"Master","Ticker","Lighting","Air","Jobs","Sun","Radio","Supply Shuttle","Emergency Shuttle","Configuration","pAI" controller datums can be accessed via the debug controller verb (used to be the debug master controller verb)
Supply shuttle now uses a controller datum. Shuttles tend to arrive up to 30 seconds late, this is not a bug.

-Changed the air assimilation for ReplaceWithFloor() and ReplaceWithPlating() so that it doesn't count non-floors/non-space turfs against the average.
-Commented them as well
Fixes Issue 851
-Standardized AIbots a bit, primarily with vars, attackby(), emag() and such (Mostly excludes M.U.L.E.'s though)
-AIbots now have a maintenece panel on them, which can be opened after unlocking the access panel by using a screwdriver
-The bots are now repaired by opening the maint panel and using a welder
-Emagging the access panel will unlock it permanatly, and emagging it with the maint panel open will trigger the emag behavior
-Floorbots will actually pull up tiles when emagged, 90% to just pull up the plating (And add it to the tile stock), and 10% to replace the floor with lattice
-When destroyed, floorbots will actually drop all the tiles they have stored, not just 1

-Added a proc for cyborg modules to 'rebuild', which makes it possible to remove items from the modules without clogging up the module menu
-Made the emag for minerborgs work better as a result
-Gave borgs their special radios back
-Fixed an apparently ancient bug where everything inside a borg will appear on the screen (MMI, cell, radio, etc...). It wasn't complex at all and I can't believe no one had fixed it yet.
