Given that we are to be more action-oriented, I believe that mining could do with a few small updates from more action-oriented servers.
- Adds larger ore satchels
- Adds(re-adds?) cooldown upgrades for kinetic accelerator
- Re-adds the diamond pickaxe

Energy Weapons Rebalance and Misc Fixes

Allows magnetics to be modified, adds more shots to Lasercannon and balances the laser sniper.
Magnetics can have their capacitors switched out and no longer use standard power cells by default.
Laser Cannon has been buffed to 6 shots.
Energy Sniper has increased effective range, less penalty for shooting without scoping, 6 shots by default, can switch the power cell and slightly increased cooldown between shots.
Laser Shotgun and Burst Laser are no longer holsterable.

Fix X01 stun projectil
...
It starts out as a taser beam. When you cycle through the modes and come back to the stun setting, it starts shooting an electrode instead. This fixes that and sets it back to the taser beam.
