werewolf was a very WIP gamemode in early hypercode, with missing sprites and todo files containing no code. all references to said gamemode have been removed.

Actually i'm not exactly enabling dullahans because they're not defined under roundstart_races; which i did, i defined them under roundstart races. I didn't test this at all but it probably won't break anything, also this is my first commit, god preserve my soul.
