Adds a new trait for people who don't want to be cloned. Gives the medical bay something to do at least.
Also, moves a define to it's appropriate folder to prevent any potential future problems because for some reason it does matter where those defines are for certain procs. The new trait is in negative.dm instead of the hyper traits file, because it populates the list in that order and not based on cost.

Fixes the ability to use the thread on an item that already been made roomy, and makes the spool way smaller so you can put it into a box.
Also, gives the spool more uses so that it lasts the shift, and makes it so towels have the "roomy" flag innately so you can always use them to cover your bits in a pinch.

Buncha milky corrections

Buffed maximum milk capacity. Leaky breasts is spammed way less at hyper sizes, also fixed check that prevented milk from not producing anymore. Makes sure larger sizes get encumbered by their size too.
Nerfed femcum production slowdown when it reaches higher values, Pent up orgasms will be messier :^).
Balls can now store more semen. Only makes sense given the addition of new hyper sizes.
Fixed typos in the pregnancy tester.
