- fixed creambeasts and chocoslimes fighting
- added a gym to Xenoarch base
- assigned Fanatic Feeders to Syndicate faction, so the turrets don't do friendly fire

Add Fat Affinity and Fat Aversion neutral quirks
Split fat mood_event into fat_good and fat_bad
Apply mood_event based on chosen quirk
If neither quirk is chosen, being fat has no effect on mood

Went ahead and toned down the speed of a lot of vehicles, along with making a new variable that unbuckles a player if their size is too small/big. Additionally buffed some holo sign projectors.
