Added a pair of plasma crystals to chemistry department to grind up at round start.

I've checked why plasma was grinding into reagent uranium, and have no clue why it is doing this, as once i updated the map, it had no issues with plasma grinding into reagent plasma.

Byond can be magnets some times.
