So, seems that there's been issues of running out of spray bottles sometimes. So here we are, printable in the autolathe for 300-375 glass/steel each.

Tweaks light replacers to allow automatic replacing of broken bulbs in a light fixture. Also lets you shove bulbs into said objects. Ported from Yogastation with code used from https://github.com/CHOMPstation/CHOMPstation/pull/517. If there's a better way to code this, do tell me. It works, however.

- Light replacer now uses broken lights instead of dropping them
- Every 4 broken lights switched refills the light replacer with 1 new bulb
- You can now also use a box of lights on the light replacer to refill it (the old method of using the light replacer on the box still works)
* Lets you choose what type of graffiti or rune to draw when vandalizing the floor with crayons or markers. No more drawing and erasing a dozen times to get the exact graffiti you want.

Port and tweak from World Server of their weight and body type system
Removed the current size trait system for player mobs.
Replaced with the weight and size system from world server.
Mobs with heavier body types will be slower but have a higher metabolism.
Mobs with thinner body types will have a slower metabolism and are more fragile.
Being tall or short has no effect aside from the sprite.
Couple weird quirks (sprites are a lot more fuzzy compared to world server, and lying down sprites can look slightly off) but overhaul seems usable.
Refactors prison jumpsuit slightly to not be a child of the orange jumpsuit, which in turn gets its own sprite. Left/right hand uniforms don't seem to be applying in-game when carrying the suits but that's not too bad of an issue. Uniform on the mob shows properly and works with sleeves rolled and uniform rolled down.
