dad39bb1a4 Fixes displaying digestion alert for preys 
visible_message doesn't actually send anything to a dead mob, probably
because they can't hear.
Moved that it's own message piece instead. [0.5h testing memes]

Genitals now updates with any changes.
All the other changes in the code you see in the commit, I didn't touch.
Nothing changed, git just thinks I replaced some lines with themselves
for some godawful reason.....
