db7bbfc714 super turbo lavaland 2 tournament edition (Buffs a bunch of lavaland mobs by increasing their speed) (#7550) 
* super turbo lavaland 2 tournament edition

* Nerfs bubblegum by decreasing his base movement speed to the original value and nerfing the max movement speed from once per 2 ticks to once per 3 ticks

* Nerfs goliaths by reducing their damage, decreasing their vision range, and increasing their ranged cooldown time

* mass vision range reduction

* slows goliaths down a tad bit

d7bca1922d Mostly fixes stamina by making knockdown() apply its staminaloss to the chest, giving adjuststaminaloss() new args, disabling limb-specific stamina regen for the chest, and disabling head stamina (#7596)

61f6bf085f Everything is finally done regarding my personal items, i sprited and coded them all and lost my mind a couple times cuz i had to re do it 3 times, then one of my files locked up, yadda yadda, fixed that, re did everything. 967a535aeb New Reagent, Universalizes Survival Medipen (#7570) 
* New Reagent, Universalizes Survival Medipen

Adds an alternate regenerative jelly for the survival medipens used in mining. Replaces the tricord and omnizine in medipens with 15u of Neo Jelly. Makes medipens finally useful for slime miners. When ODed on Neo Jelly, causes heavy brute/burn and minor oxyloss and causes no toxin damage.

adds * to the REM.

* additional code fix

removes the M.adjustToxLoss line, and corrects code text to 52 units injected, from 57.
