738b72e0b9 Cytherian cuisine, Tajaran tastiness and food fixes (#21881)
<img width="209" height="212" alt="image_2026-02-18_163749448"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dd40e552-6752-41bc-8c1f-1d6759ed19e5"
/>

-Adds Cytherian cuisine to the game with 4 specifically cytherian dishes
as well as some popcorn flavors.

-Adds Adhomian cheese and two new Adhomian cuisine dishes for everyone
who has been asking for more Tajaran foods.

-Adds an alternate, vegan way to make dough that doesn't require eggs.

-Adds cheese-less omelettes.

-Adds a few other miscellaneous dishes such as Poutine, Churros, and
chocolate pizzas.

-Adds trays of clams casino now dispense individual clams that can be
eaten seperately.

-Adds a new kitchen bounty for some of the new desserts and added the
new tajaran dishes to the adhomian cuisine bounty.

-Changes North Sixty seafood platters to include regular clams instead
of R'sval clams since R'sval clams are Adhomian and I suspect regular
clams were the intention for this dish all along.

-Renames the old tossed salad to 'apple salad', now that there's a
newer, less fruit-based tossed salad.

-Makes it so onion rings can be placed freely like every other food
instead of being locked to one spot.

-Fixes some food description typos.

BatrachophrenoandGitHub 8111a8489b Restore many missing inhand sprites for items, add/port others (#21831)
Many, many, many items have inhand sprites in their .dmis but for
whatever reasons do not display them in-game. This PR:

1. Updates many item definitions to point to their already-existing
inhands correctly. This consists largely of held tools, but also gas
tanks and jetpacks mounted in the suit storage slot.

2. Adds a few codersprites made by me for objects with either missing
inhands or poorly matching mishands (IE, the tape recorder, which has a
black case, reused the white inhand sprites of the health analyzer). The
new sprites are modified or recolored variations of other inhand sprites
from our repo, except for circuitboards which are new.

src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7f107b9a-fe24-4e31-8f16-4d34768ee117"
/>

3. Adds inhand sprites for Inflatables and Inflatable Boxes made by
Tomixcomics.
<img width="424" height="101" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/434107c4-8577-49a2-a58e-d6b014c03933"
/>

4. Ports inhand sprites for the Hydraulic Rescue Tool from tg's Jaws of
Life.
<img width="224" height="94" alt="Screenshot 2026-02-07 172931"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/070c7956-f6a8-4fb5-870f-10c64afcc8b3"
/>

5. Some additional cleanup while in the area. The 'analyzer' has been
renamed the 'gas analyzer' to be consistent with the other analyzer
objects, standardized icon_state naming conventions where I saw
oddballs, updated code docs to use DMDocs when in the area, etc.

a1e55d0958 Right Arms of the Broken World - Tajara Gun Resprites (#21743)
Resprites 3 Tajaran rifles, expanding them to use a 48x32 canvas, and
brings them in-line with lore as written in terms of weapon design
history. Additionally, adds 6.8mm in the form of the Tajaran Z33
Tamparii cartridge to further separate Tajara and Human history and arms
development.

All weapon sprites are made by me, except the ba and ss sling which was
borrowed from the Dominian rifle sprites. Special thanks to Elorg for
help in making these not look awful.

An old caliber that continues to show its usefulness. The compromise
between weight and firepower, as well as room to change the powder load
has seen the cartridge remain in service across Adhomai.

Redesigned to a general magazine-fed rifle. Not meant to be flashy or

still takes old bolt action rifle clips.

Carries many of the same lines and design from the Tsarrayut, especially
in the receiver. However, it was modified to be a bullpup for a longer
barrel. Higher bullet velocity for a similar overall length; perfect for
a marksman harassing down an enemy.

to the Tsarrayut, but a shorter overall gun.

mynameasjeffandGitHub aa3be92abf Sol Fixes, part 3 (#21763)
This PR is intended to be the final round of bug fixes and tweaks to
both the SSRM Corvette and the Sol Frigate. To make the Frigate more
competitive with It's contemporaries (Xanu Frigate, TCAF Corvette), the
armory was buffed with a extra AR and C4. The Exosuit have also been
given more equipment to play with.

The SSRM Corvette is fixed completely and was completely playtested.
Everything works, now!

fa7214de3c Adds smooth movement/atom gliding, buffs everyone's speed by 2x. (#21662)
Revives https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/pull/17215 with the
needed species changes.

As I said last time this was tried, the key issue is that our walkspeed
is a lot lower than any other server's. Even if we add atom gliding as
is, it would just look like gliding through molasses and would give you
motion sickness, because it takes a half-second to finish a glide to
another tile. Meaning that to compensate the movement speed has now been
significantly buffed for everyone. Yes, even dionae, G2, simple mobs,
everyone.

As compensation, m'sai/bishop/unathi sprint were especially nerfed
because otherwise they'd go lightspeed.

VMSolidusandGitHub a802b48e2a Psi Rework Part 2: Scenes From A Memory (#21736)
The next step in the Psi Reworks is here, this time adding all of the
remaining sources and applications of Psi-sensitivity and Psi-protection
that were on my To-Do list. Aside from a variety of tweaks and bugfixes
to powers, the most player-facing addition is the new Psi-sensitivity
related traits, which are High Psi-sensitivity, and Low Psi-sensitivity.
These traits modify the character's psi-sensitivity, which messes with
their interactions with psionics in a variety of ways.

All of these new sources and interactions with psionics are handled
entirely through components, which operate on the previously added
COMSIG_PSI signals.

Check the changelog file for more specific details on what all was
fixed. I've fixed quite a lot of bugs and issues with the various psi
powers.

I have actually tested this PR and verified that it works as advertised.

Fixes several bugs and errors on the Sol Frigate after playing on it for

Valley Hale and Badlands from .75 to 1. Since the Frigate already has to
compete with 17 other offships for a chance to spawn in these two
sectors. The spawn weight remains the same in the Western Crescent

> This also ports over Nebula's autolathe working sound, however it is
adapted to fit our code. As such, I went to the original sound and
re-cut it, now including start and stop sounds.

Plan is overall to make it much easier to add new types of fabricators.

KanoandGitHub 22e1d93b39 Adds a new Odyssey map: Decrepit Shipyard (#21500)
## About PR

Adds an industrial themed away site for Odyssey scenarios. The map
starts with a shuttle, broken by a randomized destruction feature.
Actors or the crew may choose to repair it to make it fly once more

### Detailed Changelog
<details><summary>Details</summary>
<p>

- Added a new map_effect, randomized destruction. It comes with two
varieties and different impact ranges. The way it work is the effect
chooses a random amount of turfs in the area it's placed on, and calls
`ex_act` on applicable contents in the turf.
- Added unused sprites for low railing and documented relevant functions
in the existing code.
- Made it so when a railing has an open end that doesn't connect to
anywhere, it'll apply an end cap, making it look more smooth.
- Added ceiling lattices.
- Adjusted unit tests to avoid conflicts that may occur with ceiling
lattices.
- Fixed a bug where the Odyssey subsystem repeatedly added lastly loaded
z-level to the scenario z-levels, instead of all relevant levels to the
site. This was causing issues in Odyssey maps with shuttles.
- Fixed hydrogen tank not using its sprite. Also recoloured the tank to
match modern hydrogen canister colour.
- Fixed `/obj/machinery/door/airlock/maintenance` not using its intended
appearance.

e0aa218843 Shell May Cry: A comprehensive rework of synthetics. (#20721)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mPvZ96pHJI

A pull request commissioned by the Synthetic Lore Team to
comprehensively rework synthetics (read: IPCs) and how they work in
Aurora. The objective is to make IPCs as unique as possible from humans,
upgrading the robotic feel and atmosphere, while also preserving a good
sense of balance in-game.

Key features:

- A comprehensive expansion of synthetic organs, all of which now
fulfill a purpose: hydraulics, cooling units, power systems, actuators,
diagnostics units.
- Customizable organs with benefits and drawbacks, such as with cooling
units and power systems.
- Unique ways to repair the organs and more involved steps.
- Unique damage mechanics - every organ has wiring and electronics which
affect its functioning, and they are defended by plating which provides
natural armour.
- Improved and immersive diagnostics.
- Unique features, benefits, and drawbacks for every IPC frame.
- A rework of the positronic brain, which can be either destroyed or
shut down, alongside effects caused by low integrity.
- A rework of how EMPs affect IPC organs.
- Non-binary damage states for each organ.

To-do:

- [x] Finish the unique features for each frame.
- [x] Look into if mechanical synthskin is possible.
- [x] Power system.
- [x] Posibrain mechanics.
- [ ] Passive cooling expansion.
- [x] EMP mechanics.
- [x] Repair mechanics.
- [x] Mob weight mechanics.
- [ ] Gurney for heavy mobs.
- [x] New augments.
- [ ] IPC tag scanning and flashing.

FabianK3andGitHub 068352fa46 Powerless airlocks - Closed by default and the emergency override (#21649)
# Summary

This PR updates the default behavior of airlocks on powerloss and adds a
manual override for them.
By default airlocks now keep closed (and close if opened) on powerloss.
Additionally a new mechanic has been added allowing people to manually
open unpowered, unbolted and unsecure airlocks without power by
utilizing a manual override.

## Mechanics

- On power loss doors will stay closed.
- On power loss opened doors will now close.
- Manual override mechanic:
If a door is functional but unpowered and features an override handle
(previously called "insecure" by default, false for vaults and similar)
the user can now engage the manual override. It works by cranking a
hydraulic lever multiple times to force open the door without a crowbar,
this process takes around 15 seconds. The process is divided into
3-second steps each given a ratchet sound. When user waits long enough
the door will open. Doors that have been opened with the manual override
will automatically close again after the door receives power again, just
like the old behavior. While waiting the user will be informed about the
length of the process by seeing a small oil gauge fill up (via chat
message).

Process:
- User clicked unpowered door
- 3 second action (including a ratchet sound) x 5
- Every action feedback is given:

src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4cf940bb-458b-4bce-8893-3cd96b5b2455"
/>

<hr>

Idea originated from: [Forum
thread](https://forums.aurorastation.org/topic/22728-airlocks-opening-on-powerloss/#findComment-182862)

## Changes

- Renamed `insecure` airlock feature to
`features_powerloss_manual_override`.
- Adjusted default powerloss behavior to close instead to open, if not
already closed.
- Added manual override feature.
- Update all `insecure = FALSE` references to
`features_powerloss_manual_override = FALSE` (vaults and similar
locations).
- Fixed a CI issue with a `RegisterSignal`.

FabianK3andGitHub 2e5141df0f Colorable high visibility clothing (#21635)
# Summary

This PR introduces colorable high visibility jackets and pants. They are
available in the character loadout.
**[Breaking change]**
Existing high visibility clothing received its own category in the
loadout and breaks current loadouts using said clothing.
The currently worn clothes need to be re-selected from the new group.

## Changes

- Added a colorable version of high visibility jackets and pants.
- Moved existing high visibility clothing to their own selection in the
loadout out of the generic jackets/pants group.
- Fixed a bug that prevents the usage of accents/part-building for
pants.
- Added a dedicated code file for high visibility jackets and pants
along some refactoring.
- Introduced minor protection values for high visibility clothing.
- Removed duplicate jacket emissive sprites and fixed jackets getting
the right pattern for their type.

## PR Notes

Any mapping-tag is due to the changes in the high visibility clothing
type names, no map has been changed aside a global type name
replacement.

## Preview

A combination of colored jacket and pants. Selected was green for the
base color and yellow for the accent color.

ad0d9686ce We're Sol Back: The Solarian Frigate (#21078)
This is my first time mapping as a code-illiterate goober, so there's
probably a lot of silly mistakes in here.

Adds a very WIP build of a Solarian Frigate, meant to be deployed rarely
in sectors close to the borders of the ASSN (eg. the Badlands, Valley
Hale, and **_mayyyyyyyybe_** the Crescent Expanse. )

Against, most of this offship is very WIP: The code is close to
non-functional, the power grid just doesn't connect, and some areas just
look visually bland in my opinion. But the basic outline of the ship is
there.

<img width="8160" height="8160" alt="StrongDMM-2025-07-31 01 43 02"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9b9a82fd-adcc-42f2-8ecb-d8ea6d43d39e"
/>

Overall, it's a ship that's just a bit smaller than the AXSF frigate
with a CIC-centric layout and equipped with a Longbow and Grauwolf
(pending replacement with the light coilgun, whenever that gets added.)
Honestly, it's just a regular corvette but scaled up. I'll add a second
Z-level or something else that might spice things up later.

nautandGitHub 8888834897 The Orion Miner + Shuttle Standards Expansion (#21491)
Adds the **Orion Miner** (officially the **Orion Mining Skiff**), an
all-in-one mining mega-shuttle with landing capability. Yes, the entire
ship can land. There is no secondary shuttle to get into.

<img width="704" height="1408" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b58d1305-2dbd-4c20-9305-f88535522af2"
/>

The Orion Miner is intended to be a lowpop (or solo, if necessary)
mining experience for people to try their hand at mining and exploration
without being critically dependent on other departments for
functionality. If you like mining, often go on low-pop and/or dislike
having to rely on other staff (medical/engineering/etc) for basic
necessities, this ship is for you!

Miners have their own supplies, access to thrust, navigation, and
equipment slightly better than that of the Horizon to compensate for
lack of support. This includes medical equipment and lifesaving
medication, in theory making solo miners on this shuttle statistically
less likely to die of preventable causes like blood loss or lung
ruptures.

While this ship can be crewed by a single person if necessary, it has
space for 4 crew total: 3 fully-equipped miners, plus 1 crewmember or
technician. (They are also provided an EVA suit and can use extra
equipment as necessary). This ship does not come with an explicit
captain.

Ore redemption consoles and mining equipment vendors are also present to
give crew the full mining gameplay loop. Minus the sales, at least -
though you could absolutely sell off or give away your spoils to the
Horizon or other offships if you so desired.

## Ship Features
- Full docking and landing capability. The ship _is_ the shuttle.
- An ore smelting plant and cargo bay.
- Ore redemption consoles and mining vendors, for the full miner's
gameplay loop.
- A Grauwolf for hazard clearing and (secondary) self-defense.
- A canteen and kitchen with adequate supplies.
- A hydroponics bay.
- Three atmosphere-rated airlocks. The rear one (north of the shuttle)
is a docking port.
- Emergency treatment-capable medical bay with adequate medical
supplies. It's no Horizon, but it is capable of saving people from
otherwise ruinous injuries.
- Technical storage and main engineering.
- Full SCC corporate affiliation. As a ship of Orion Express, this ship
can and should be able to interact (and possibly partner) with the
Horizon without a hitch.

## Additionally...
This PR also comes with a minor refactor to the way ore processing
machinery works: code has been streamlined, redundancies have been
eliminated, and machines should now work properly even when moved in
space (for example if it is on a shuttle).

<img width="991" height="351" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8f99dc29-8927-40e0-9856-b8ad5b2d35cb"
/>

This PR also comes with a minor resprite to the `sleekstab` sleek
stabilization kit. It is basically a recolor of the "small first aid
kit" combined with the stabilization kit's rainbow pattern. See
IconDiffBot for the raw sprite.

And last but definitely not least, this PR expands Odyssey landing zones
to accomodate larger shuttles and expands shuttle standards to be bigger
(45 tiles long).

## Notes
<img width="1292" height="936" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dbcb0f3e-6509-4ff4-a53c-90f1255e6152"
/>

This is an **oversized** shuttle, about 30% larger than the Intrepid by
size and 20% larger than the Lone Spacer. While tested with many, many
different away sites, stations, and exoplanets, including the Horizon
(which it _can_ dock with), it's not guaranteed to be able to land at
_every_ site nor is it guaranteed to do so safely.

_Do note that this size comparison picture uses an old version of the
ship._

_Pictures may not be fully representative of the final design. See
MapDiffBot or the attached map screenshot at the top of the PR for the
final design._

94d92803b4 Replaces our lighting system with CM's. (#21465)
Depends on #21458.

Ports https://github.com/cmss13-devs/cmss13/pull/4229, with the original
authors as:

- https://github.com/tgstation/TerraGov-Marine-Corps/pull/1964 for the
lighting controller (A-lexa)
- https://github.com/tgstation/TerraGov-Marine-Corps/pull/4747 and
https://github.com/tgstation/TerraGov-Marine-Corps/pull/7263 for the
lighting (TiviPlus)
- https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/54520 for the dir lighting
component
- https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/75018 for the out of
bounds fix in lighting
- https://github.com/tgstation/TerraGov-Marine-Corps/pull/6678 for the
emissives (TiviPlus)

The main driving reason behind this is that current lighting consumes
way too much processing power, especially for things like odysseys/away
sites where a billion light sources are processing/moving at once and
the game slows down to a crawl. Hopefully this improves the situation by
a good margin, but we will need some testmerging to confirm that.

ElorgRHGandGitHub aeaa00d950 Labcoat purge (letterman (and science) labcoat removal, sprite standardisation, long labcoat uplift, colorable repaletting) (#21496)
Will say this here on the top, this PR removes all letterman labcoats,
it also does these things:
> - imageadd: "Standardised the sprite of most if not all
standard/corporate labcoats."
> - imageadd: "Colorable labcoats now use the new, standard colorable
palette."
> - imageadd: "Uplifted the sprite of long labcoats."
> - rscdel: "Removed all letterman labcoats and the science labcoat."

Now, to explain each change
> - imageadd: "Standardised the sprite of most if not all
standard/corporate labcoats."

Basically, if the corporation did not have a specified white color on
their wiki page, then their labcoat uses the colorable white palette.

> - imageadd: "Colorable labcoats now use the new, standard colorable
palette."
> - imageadd: "Uplifted the sprite of long labcoats."

Hopefully self-explanatory

> - rscdel: "Removed all letterman labcoats and the science labcoat."

Quite honestly? File bloat, and they did not look all that great, these
are my arguments for their removal. That's about it.

KanoandGitHub aec06bc427 Adds an interactive away site: Outpost Nemora PART I (#20993)
## About PR

Adds an interactive away site. Full of evil, traps, point-defense horde
cleaning and story. This is part 1 of the changes. Currently incomplete
on some mechanics mostly pertaining north-east section of the ruin but I
believe this has enough content as is and a good step for the next
changes to come!

## Detailed Changelog
<details><summary>Contains spoilers, click to expand!</summary>
<p>

- `A revivable mob type`. If this mob wasn't burned or deleted by any
means within a 3 minutes period, it will revive.
- `Abominations`, a subtype of revivable mob. This type can spawn with a
chance to split into smaller creatures in death, if someone approaches
close enough. These mobs are also able to mimic appearance of humans,
being completely pacifist until it reaches to its unsuspecting prey or
gets attacked before it could.
- `Mob tracking console`, tracks any mobs/objects that exists in the
same Z level as the console itself, and included in a global list.
Displays its data in a TGUI screen.
- `Rigged (trapped) vents`, if it detects a player passing by within 1
tile radius from an unwelded rigged vent, it'll spawn up to 2 mobs. The
chances of triggering varies on following coniditons: running (100%),
walking (medium chance), throwing items near it (very small chance).
- `Storytelling holopads`, core logic is ported from Paradise Station,
made by Qwertytoforty. I did minimal modifications to make it work with
our codebase and do some additional things.
- `Footprint mapping helper`, allows mapping footprints of any type.
- `A light fixture subtype`, has a 50-50 chance to spawn as broken or
functional after Initialize.
- `An extraction mini game`, special to this ruin. It entails finding 5
canisters scattered randomly in the ruin and killing every creature
that's lurking around. If these conditions are met players are required
to hold off an extraction device and protect it from the waves of
creatures, while swapping said canisters. Modified from phoron deposit
ruin.

### What's the overall story this ruin tries to convey, and where it's
allowed to spawn at?

This isn't final and a subject open for change where deemed fit. This
ruin is a remnant dating back to pre-Interstellar War. Solarian Alliance
Science Facility (SSF) Nemora, is a failed experiment/expedition
co-conducted by Department of Colonization. I believe it'd make sense to
find this ruin in the old Solarian frontiers far from the Core Worlds,
even so if the sector in question was colonized, nothing would've
stopped a department of a desperate nation in search for their gold in
blind hope. But not too close to an inhabited space.

***This needs to be evaluated by a lore nerd!***
**Possible Sectors:**
- Valley Hale
- Badlands
- Weeping Stars
- Light's Edge
- Lemurian Sea (still up in the air for this one, but I like to think
Solarian suveyors took a swing at it at the time)
- All Crescent Expanse Sectors (east, west, far).

<details><summary>Details on story. I'd advise to skip this bit to not
spoil the experience if you're not reviewing this PR. Spoilers alert,
<p>

Shortly before the Second Great Depression, when the upcoming crisis had
begun to be felt within the nation's departments, some surveyors from
the Department of Colonization encountered an anomolous signal,
incalculable energy levels in deep space. When they decided to
investigate its source, small expedition teams went missing after a
while.

This drew the attention of the department, as seeing multiple expedition
teams went radio silent. A third-party incursion was suspected here,
pirates or worse. This led to the deployment of sufficiently armed Navy
corvettes to the last known coordinates of the expedition.

To no avail, all that was found was the vacant shuttles of the
surveyors, drifting in orbit around an anomolous asteroid. This gave
room for further discussion in the smaller parts of relevant
departments, after hearing what the inital expedition members had left
behind. The department conceded to pursue this further, funding a
thorough investigation to unearth what was hidden and to see if this was
a threat to demolish or an unexpected resource to exploit.

In time, an outpost was constructed and a researcher, eminent in their
field was commissioned to oversee operations on behalf of the
department. A majority of the attempts didn't go far enough beyond to
bear any fruit. As the progress was too slow and unsatisfactory in the
eyes of funders, this led to a review of the project and therefore
forced Nemora's hand to commence an experimental approach, which proved
a success, _so to say_.

Following this incident, the outpost crumbled under the weight of the
crises that had befallen it. All subsequent requests and communications
fell on the deaf ears of the nation in the midst of a large scale
economic crisis, forced Nemora to join the caravan of "low priority"
demands along with many other pressing nation affairs. In the end, the
facility remained forgotten, burried beneath the many rubble inflicted
by the inevitable storm of change Spur has known, Interstellar War. But
this may yet change, now the same Spur has turned their gaze back to
those uncharted heights, in a desperate attempt to exhaust what is
little known.

### What does "interactive" part entail exactly?

This ruin contains some coded elements (traps, objectives, consequences
of some choices made), attempting to imitate a gameplay loop what a
player would expect from an admin controlled event. While this may not
go further than some coded/scripted events, I think this ruin has some
fun content for security/engineering/medical departments.

Currently this PR contains some core functionality for actual "choices
matter™" stuff for part 2 (if this gets approved).

Also most of the functions used in this ruin was made so it could be
used in any maps.

Things added or changed:
- Additional traps and environmental hazards.
- Lava is now more deadly. It used to only set you on fire, now it will
burn you appropriately.
- Minor sprite fixes for uncommon elements for easier mapping; throwers,
step triggers.
- Map and associated files, submap json, landmarks, areas, ect.

When crafted from steel, the custodial cart previously started with

nautandGitHub dfe57a310f New boxes (#21439)
* Thoroughly resprites boxes. They're now more modular and, importantly,
colorable.
* Resprites cardboard, as a material.
* Repaths boxes behind the scenes to be more object-oriented, with boxes
being resorted into their own subtypes. You might notice this in the
gargantuan amount of files this PR changes.

Part of a bigger (yet modestly-sized still) resprites project. Atomized
the boxes bit into this PR specifically so that any conflicts don't
destroy any other spriting PRs.

ElorgRHGandGitHub f3d39de03d Dominia cape code tweaks (mainly: they all should now display in character setup) (#21363)
Changelog:
> - rscadd: "The tribunalist medical cape can now have its mantle be
rolled up, like its non-medical tribunalist counterpart."
> - rscadd: "Alt-clicking on tribunalist capes now rolls their mantles
up."
> - bugfix: "All dominian capes should now properly display as attached
to clothing in character setup preview."

I have noticed that non-Zavodskoi dominian capes never seemed to display
as attached in the character setup, and attempting to solve that made me
notice how all the capes are poorly pathed and have vestiges of code
solutions made for their old sprite variations. So this PR, which was
made in like 30 minutes, _attempts_ to fix that.

I also have noticed that the tribunalist medical cape had sprites that
allowed it to be rolled up, but the code did not support that. Now it
does. I also added an alt-click functionality to roll them up, because
why not.

KanoandGitHub b4f8b99444 Minor tweaks to Freebooter ship cost (#21306)
https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/blob/e1226fcd7240bef8b80e0683fd7e58437d0e6927/maps/_common/mapsystem/map.dm#L309-L318

Ship cost doesn't play a role here when a map is picked among the
candidates pool. There is no reason to not treat a variation ship as a
full ship after it's chosen. This was leaving budget points as a decimal
number, preventing the loop from ending early before eliminating each
candidates.

This doesn't change the outcome but makes it more in line with the
intended standard. I had no idea about this at the time when I made
freebooter variation (oops)

Casper3667andGitHub 9a9e259104 Adds the parcel cart to operations. (#21288)
This adds a parcel cart to the mail room in operations, which can be
loaded with up to 17 packages. These packages can be any that can be
held in the hand, so not crates but anything smaller effectively yes as
long as it can be wrapped in package wrapper.
When it is loaded with 5 packages, it gives a slowdown to the person
pushing it, and further slowdown at 11 packages.
The cart can have a total of 17 packages at the moment, as that is the
amount of different sprites I have for it.
The code is based on the engineering cart, and also contain a small
bugfix so the engineering cart give back steel when taken apart, as that
is what is used to build it.

KanoandGitHub f9857ecb1f Fixes Odyssey maps spawning outside of its gamemode (#21305)
To break down the way we handle map spawning logic:

- in `mapsystem/map.dm`, `build_away_sites()` evaluates every
map_template and organizes suitable candidates considering: flags they
bear, if the current sector allows this away site to spawn, etc...

- It randomly picks among available maps via `pickweight()`, decreasing
relevant cost from the total budget

So far why this never caused any problems is, `pickweight()` will never
pick a key with 0 value _unless_ every key passed to this function has 0
value. What was happening here is system runs out of other candidates
before exhausting its budget, leaving only odyssey maps with 0 weight in
the list.

This fix should only affect natural map spawning process, since Odyssey
has its own method on choosing candidates. Fixes #21276

4000daniel1andGitHub eccf9e6fc3 Adds thermals and binoculars to the cultist spawn areas on the cult base (#21244)
The purpose of this PR isn't to make the cultists stronger in combat but
rather to give them the tools to better track whoever's exploring the
site. This gives the cultists a better opportunity to 'stalk' the
explorers and actually do spooky things out of their sight, like leaving
stuff around for them to find and just generally build up the eventual
encounter better, as opposed to just stumbling into them.

To help facilitate that idea I also mapped in some paper bins & pencils
throughout the map so the cultists can write their own spooky notes if
they want.
