Made it so items get their pixel x/y reset on pickup.
Thrown items now also get their pixel placement slightly randomized.
Tweaked the center of mass on a boatload of items to be more accurate to their sprite art.
Replaced a bunch of randomized pixel placement code into a unifying proc; randpixel_xy() that uses an item's randpixel var.
The evil will finally be defeated.
This takes security borgs out of the game entirely. They bring pretty much nothing to the table, in terms of either roleplay or positive influence to the station.
Also, combat and syndicate modules now have cuffs.
Xenomorphs are pretty much badly done and don't really fit at all. This pr fully removes the human type ones, alongside with the infection, eggs and facehuggers.
-replaces the sprites of the guns that were pretty much justreferences to guns in real life, like the uzi and the dragunov, with new future sprites made by kyres
-adds the hand cannon
-makes some guns cheaper at the merchant
-fixes a broken message with the prank guns
-added a small animation when someone is hit by a blaster projectile
Title says it all.
This needed some changes to offhand (which is now a subtype of weapon, not /weapon/gun), but otherwise it seems to work well in testing.
Adds a bit of what is related here: https://forums.aurorastation.org/topic/11941-antagonist-rework-20/
Pretty much, adds a couple of gear crates that mercenary teams, seeking to do a lore related gimmick, can buy by pooling their crystals. Right now, it is just adds a couple of human related factions, such as eridani, sol alliance, elyra and the frontier.
Fixes#5650.
Fixes an asymptomatic accidental oversight caused by kevinz000's pixel projectile refactor a year ago, which doesn't come up if people do their jobs properly anyway. Whoops. My bad.
Refactors objects.dmi and items.dmi
Adds some more uses to glass jar - now you can use it as a tip jar AND a reagent container!
you can also see reagents inside like a beaker
also improves sprites for wrapping paper and the pocketwatch
This basically makes it easier for future sprite improvements
This pr adds the is_clumsy check, that checks if the mob has the mutation or if they are drunk enough. This fixes a bug where mobs would still have the clumsy mutation due to drinking.
This PR revives Burger's PR #5797
Fire extinguishing foam now works properly. It is 3 times stronger than water.
Walking through a foam will extenguish your fire stacks.
Atmos suit max temperature threshold was increased from 30k to 40k. Atmos firefighter suit max temperature was increased from 30k to 45k. Heavy firesuit max temperature was increased from 30k to 55k. Same goes for their helmets.
Firesuits and red/white/atmos hardhats no longer protect wearer from pressure. So people cannot use it in space. For areas with 2000+ KPa fire people need to use atmos voidsuit.
Fixes#867
Cyborg stations now refill cyborg's fire extinguishers. Fixes#6171
Fire now produces CO2 while burning, with amount varying by fire severity
This PR will lead us towards the Promised Day, for in its wake there shall be much celebration and ecstasy as this world becomes a world suitable for developer hegemony. The first strike is thusly;
All << is converted into to_chat().
-fixes #5961
-fixes #5965
-fixes #5964
-fixes the blaster carbine fitting inside holsters
-places the drop pods behind blast doors for now
-removes some non medical related chemicals from their dispenser
The head of security officer came with a magazine for the tranquilizer rifle, however the rifle did not accept magazines, and worked like the regular am rifle, where you have to load one shell at the time. This pr replaces the magazine, that forced you to empty it on the ground to load the rifle, with a regular box full of darts.

Overview
Limb gibbing mechanics on Aurora were pretty bad. For melee weapons, it was RNG based and somewhat fair because it was actually based on mechanics. For bullets, it used custom snowflake code that was just absolutely insulting. It didn't really regard armor like most servers, and unlike most servers, if your feet are gibbed you're sideways until it's fixed.
* Changes the stun projectile type from a beam to an electrode. Didn't really make sense why it was shooting stun rays instead of stun 'bullets.' Essentially a flexibility nerf.
* Changes the gun charge consumption for burst firing down from 150 to 50. This is because burst-shooting should be consuming 50 each anyway, making the burst-fire option more useful, since it only had 13 shots when burst-fired previously. This is essentially a buff.
Everything else pertaining to Lawgivers is unchanged.
* Adds a box of firing pins to the RD's locker. Can't permit mass-production of firing pins via R&D, sorry lads, this is the best anyone can do.
* This box of pins has a varied assortment of pin types.
* Pin removal is based on probability as the screwdriver is the only means of removing pins at the moment.
- Ion rifle has now two firing modes: lethal and stun
- Lethal firing mode cost is increased, resulting rifle full charge to last for 6 shots. Stun mode has the original cost, making it 10 shots.
- In Stun mode if the object that was hit is an IPC - it will stun IPC for 5(unstackable) seconds. But if the object is not IPC it will EMP only that object.
- I have reworked sprites to display both lethal and stun modes just like Carbine energy gun.
- Ion rifle is now a wielded weapon
- IPC/Borgs with EMP resistance module do not get affected by stun and consume half of charge
Yet another really bad idea from me that most people are going to like anyway.
The issues with the redundant commits down below should be fixed come next PR being merged. It's just some awkward nonsense with gitbash not working properly on my toaster, coupled with my lack of competency with it.
This pr adds a tank, reserved for a future event and adminbus. Sprites were made by kyres1.
Adds some sounds to certain mecha actions, like loading crates or using a drill.

Overview
This is the github WIP PR for the reagent system project. This is for other developers and users to track progress of the code if they're curious about it, as well as to show that it actually works.
Overview
Adds thirst mechanics. Thirst mechanics work exactly like hunger mechanics where if you don't drink enough liquid, you become thirsty and move slower. Several other mechanics involving drinks were also changed.
For organic races, you gain hydration by consuming beverages and water. Water is the most effective way of hydrating yourself. IPCs are not affected by hydration and do not have to worry about it. If you overeat or overdrink, your nutrition decreases faster until you are of normal hunger and thirst levels.
Penalties for not eating or drinking are now more severe. If you refuse to drink or eat all shift, you will be up to 33% slower and take twice as much pain damage. The amount scales based on your hunger or thirst levels. If you are considered hungry or thirsty, it starts scaling until you're starving or seriously dehydrated. If you overeat and overdrink as well, you get a ~5% reduced movement and pain tolerance with each mechanic.
The icons for hunger have been updated to be more specific, and they match the new thirst indicators as well. https://i.imgur.com/QQbWxYI.png
You can now also inject beverages into your blood for x4 effectiveness. Before, IV dripping yourself with vodka did nothing but give you a small amount of toxins, but now it should be a hell of a party.
Dionaea can now be affected by beverages with respect to nutrition gains and temperature changes. Dionaea cannot be affected by some effects, such as stuttering and intoxication, still.
Healing effects for certain beverages (tea, milk) were removed. This a HRP server, milk shouldn't heal you.
The Leyon Pistol has been changed to be closer to the original vision of it.
It is loaded via a special 10mm speedloader, however loading it takes some time.
Each gun (when ordered via cargo) will ship with a speedloader.
The speedloaders itself can not be ordered, but 10mm ammunition boxes can which can be used to restock the speedloaders or load the gun directly.
Reduces the price for the gun at the merchants from 1500 to 500 credits
And makes additional ammo boxes purchaseable
Also changes the path name of the 10mm ammo/mags/... to be consistent with the standard pathing for ammo
Adds additional messages if you can not load a gun with a single cartridge (currently it fails silently)
