fb8af14858 Renames all instances of "Norepinephrine" to "Inaprovaline" (#9389) 
It was a mistake to use real life chemicals on the grounds of "realism", especially when the chemical doesn't actually act realistically to how it does in real life. With the removal of the Inaprovaline medication as well, we can return the name to Norepinephrine, which was originally called Inaprovaline anyway.

63f3c0981d Fixes drop airlock bolts button state for traitor borgs. (#9333) 
Fixes #9325

Traitor borgs could toggle state through the UI, but the greyed out button made it appear they could not.

Button now properly changes to blue/green instead of grey, if your borg character is an antag.

e7194e7893 pAI Computer Piloting (#8842) 
pAI can now be put into modular computers to control them. When a pAI is inserted, a new service will be unlocked, which can disable their access to the computer.

The VueUI change wasn't tested, but finding and replacing should leave the functionality unchanged.
