ca6eac9a37 Adding new flashlight options and old code sprites (#1025)
Changes:

returned heavy flashlights from old code, some in security, eva storage and engineering
added robust maglights, placed some in security
ported glowsticks from polaris
cameras, recorders and some old code items sprites are being re-added
you can now carry flashlights into your armor
you can now carry wizard related items into the wizard robe and voidsuit
you can now carry chaplain related items into the chaplain hoodie and nun robes
you can now carry chaplain related items into the chaplain hoodie and nun robes
cult hoods now share the same armor values as the robes

3228917964 New door crushing (#1000)
Ported from bay.

Instead of just stun locking people, new door crushing deals more damage and pushes the mob away from the door.
Also, re-added heatbutting airlocks if you have too much brain damage.

60fc8f2253 Russian carp and plushie (#952)
Adds an admin-spawn Ushanka-wearing version of the space carp and a plushie Russian carp which can be earned from vending machines, in reference to a thing we did a while ago.

I'd put the plushie ruskie carp on the same level as the Aurora posters, if we're concerned about haha meme code, and the Ushanka carp on the same level as Garn's Bluespace shark antics.

Just a harmless thing for fun to add.

315f33aeb6 Aghost alt-click actions (#948)
Ghosts with +ADMIN or +MOD can now alt-left-click on canisters and digital valves in order to toggle them open and shut.
Opening of digital valves provides adminlogs once more.
Unwinding now requires that a prompt be confirmed. This should stop wind-unwind-wind shenanigans from happening.

759c463a2c BOREALIS 2 Implementation (#938)
Removes BOREALIS I.
Implements HTTP POST requests, credit to Oisin100 from Yogstation13 for the ByondPOST.dll.
Implements the BOREALIS II datum and converts all calls to reroute to that.
Adds round logging to channel_announce channels.

1e59b608ad Random antag tweaking (#923)
Random antag now spawns specific antag templates only: namely, ones which will not have major trouble being integrated into the round and rolling with it. Ones with a long start-up time, ala cult, have been excluded.

Also added a game mode blacklist to the event_meta datum. If the current game mode's name is in that blacklist, the event will be disabled and will no longer be run that round.

67f7584cf9 Altclick useability tweaks (#936)
Adds pointing at things with alt+rightclick uasing some hacky code wizardry, thanks to kaiochao on the byond forums.
Also adds simple spam control to pointing, and changes the point verbs from using View, to Range, which is mildly faster

Also adds the ability to alt+click to eject your ID from PDAs and many computers. Anything to save on laggy rightclicks

7ea3b92092 Fixing Antag Spawn Counts (#909)
Fixes rounds always starting with the minimum amount of antags required. The issue was readied players not being counted properly, whenever the round started up. It was counting carbon mobs instead.

bugfix: "LOOC, visible messages and visible emotes now work properly for contained mobs, including PAIs in card form, and any kind of held anima/nymph/drone"
bugfix: "MAJOR USABILITY FIX: Distant ghosts no longer see emotes from NPC mobs, like squeaking mice and clacking crabs. Ghost sight will now only show emotes from distant players, turning it on is now useful."

080bf5c1cb Returning the old laser rifles, energy pistols, carbines and much more (#860)
In this update:

Returning old e-rifles from old code.
Changing regular energy gun to energy carbine
Adding back the energy pistol
Buffing a bit the heavy asset protection suit, and fixing more loadout related issues with the nt and syndicate assault teams
Reworked a bit the syndicate commando and deathsquad loadouts
Returning shotgun boxes, that works like speed loaders, from old code, now with unique sprites
Stun batons now emit light

rscadd: "Added a Crash ability to exosuits. Uses the suit's mass to attempt to break through obstacles, sustaining some damage in the process."
tweak: "Buffed Ripley exosuit armor values significantly, and durand armour slightly. Firefighter ripley also buffed, but is slower than base ripley."
tweak: "Greatly increased the health values of some high-security airlocks."
bugfix: "Airlocks, tables, girders and windows now behave a bit more consistently when exploded. All airlocks are a bit more resistant to explosions when bolted."

0b2732b7a0 Vent Clog and False Alarm events: Attempt 2 (#850)
New PR to fix merge issues

Porting an event from tg. Scrubbers get clogged and eject some chemical smoke with potentially fun effeects

I looked through chemsmoke code while doing this, and found it wanting, so i improved it. Added a duration input, adjusted all uses of chemsmoke in the code. Generally gave them all higher durations, chemsmoke grenades were a disappointing poot

Adds a new mundane event, false alarm.
It picks a random moderate or severe event and fakes its announcement without actually running the event.

Three minutes later, CC sends another announcement apologising for the false alarm

Also added an event var allowing events to exclude themselves from being picked for faking
