## About The Pull Request
I also relocked the pocket watch, and made one that's unbroken.

TL:DR Everyone walking around with broken pocket watches set to 7:07pm
makes no sense.
It works and looks exactly the same. The difference is the new one can
tell time as well. So it's kinda an upgrade.

Joe Hill's famous last words were "Don't waste any time in

Admittedly he meant something entirely different but, still. It makes

Modular Remake of #1603
## About The Pull Request
Significantly nerfs all arrows across the board.
Tribals now deal bonus damage with bows to compensate.
## Stat Changes
### Damage
Damage has been reduced significantly, however damage has been increased
for Ashwalkers/Icemoon Dwellers to compensate.
### Damage against armor
The armor rating of foes is now artificially doubled when calculating
attacks. Does not apply if you're an ashwalker.
### Armor Penetration
All non-lavaland arrows now have no armor penetration.
### Wounding
Bows can no longer wound when wearing armor, but they can still wound
with no armor.
### Embedding
All arrows have a 100% chance to embed, however the penalties for
embedding has been significantly reduced.
### Dismemberment
Arrows can no longer dismember/disembowel.

Just lowers the cost of the Empath trait by 2 points, down to 4.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Skyrat already lowered this thing from 8 to 6, but it looks like TG made
some big changes to it since then and now it's basically just a flavor
thing. Personally I'd rather it be 2 points, but I got told 4 would be
best so here we are. Most of the stuff you get from it isn't exactly
powerful enough to warrant a 6 point price.

## About The Pull Request
This attempt two of
https://github.com/Bubberstation/Bubberstation/pull/1636
Makes the sprite file resolutions from 64 x 32 to 32 x 32 for cat borgs
Makes 32 x 32 quadruped cybrogs into it's own borg type with it's own
quadruped module of it's own.
Allows only station standard cat borgs to be hold able, non standard can
not be held.
Adds code for cyborgs to indicate when they are being held.
Makes cyborg that are being held unable to interact items around them,
they can still break free any time.
This does not allow cyborgs with shape shifting to be picked up it only
allows the REAL model to be held.
A slight change from the last PR is the addition of a cargo variant of
cat borg.

I've always wondered why can't I make cat borgs hold able and also make
it so it don't have sweeping mechanical changes to the game so I came up
with a way to allow them to be held disabling their abilities to
interact with much wile being in a held state and being almost
unbaggable.
Cargo cat borg was added since there was no variant.
Making the sprites 32 x 32 means they won't look so offsetted when using
things quite as often.
Cent Com don’t want you to know this but the the cat borgs on space
station 13 are free you can take them home I have 458 cat borgs at home.

## About The Pull Request
This PR added a new module for cyborgs it also ~~replaces the
malfunctioning AI cyborg factory~~ with the ability when hacked to
manufacture cyborgs manually (Cyborg building CO-OP) Malfunctioning AI
cyborg factory was added back.
The PR also adds a research cyborg exclusive jaunting module, much like
the ninja energy sword and hierophant, when they are emagged or hacked.
An alterative way was added to remove cells on cyborgs to allow for
cyborgs to upgrade ONLY cells. Other upgrades are restricted to balance
them.
This comes with a few base sprites for the research cyborgs more will be
added later or in a future PR.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I've always wondered why the research department never had cyborgs of
their own, but own them.
Research cyborgs are for a dedicated cyborg type assisting the research
department.
~~Disabling the robot factory was done because the printer would just
shit 3 to 4 cyborgs at once and make them out of nothing.~~
It was added with and optional Cyborg CO-OP to encourage the cyborgs and
the AI to make cyborgs them self if they wish for more cyborgs.
Research cyborgs were given jaunting and a stun arm to hopefully allow
them to evade capture. In other words they are to run when hunted as
they are mostly defenseless (fighting back is a bad idea.)

## About The Pull Request
Adds a damage threshold + RNG requirement for EMPs affecting heads and
torsos, as well as organs inside those two.
For every point of damage on the bodypart (or if you're an organ, the
bodypart you belong to), there is a +2% chance for that bodypart (or
organ) to trigger the effects of EMP. This chance is doubled if it's a
heavy EMP.
Example, if your torso has 25 damage, and you were affected by an EMP,
your torso has a 50% chance to suffer the default effects of EMP. All
your organs inside your torso will EACH roll the 50% chance to be
affected by the EMP, regardless if your torso was EMP'd or not.
Graph here: https://www.desmos.com/calculator/7sdtn22uda
**Note that some effects can still trigger, such as stun and blindness,
regardless of damage. This is intentional.**
## Why It's Good For The Game
EMPs are super strong against synths. Perhaps unreasonably strong. This
PR nerfs this by making it so that you actually have to do some damage
to the synth before you can EMP them for an instant win. The
justification for this is below:

TL;DR, if your electronics are enclosed in steel, it won't suffer the
effects of EMP unless there are holes (damage).
## Proof Of Testing
Draft because untested.
## Frequently asked questions
### Synth main????
I have never played synth because I am not sexually attracted to metal.
### Does this affect cyborgs?
This PR does not change cyborg EMP behavior.
### Does this affect legs and arms?
This PR does not change leg and arm EMP behavior, since they're jointed.

Demonic-like characters are pretty popular. Their unfallen counterparts
on the other hand? Not so much.
I think having a halo might help with some of that.

## Why It's Good For The Game
I like Clowns, a lot of users like clowns.
Other than the weird fact that there's orange/red/blue/etc uniforms but
no matching masks, the other two outfits allow variety.
Or something.
I also re-added clown cryto as...We aren't Skyrat, and they removed it
during the Clown Purge. Barely anyone does cryto. If this ends up being
trouble, it can be reverted.
Oh and thank you to

## About The Pull Request
Ports storyteller from horizon, who deleted their repo.
### How it works
_Written by Majkl-J_
Basically, the storyteller runs several "Tracks" that slowly fill up
with points. Upon reaching their set limit, an event is chosen and
spawned, and the storyteller takes a somewhat-random amount of points
from that track.

In this example, the moderate track will soon spawn an event.
Each track has its own sets of events it can spawn, sorted by intensity
(Roleset is midround and roundstart antags). Every event also has little
tags that the storyteller can be made to prioritize.
As with dynamic, events have a certain weight that determines the chance
they roll. Prioritized events get a multiplier to this weight.

In this example, we can see some of the tags. Some storytellers can be
made to increase/decrease the weight of these events.
#### Extra stuff it does
Keeps track of med, engineering, and sec players. Whilst this still has
no actual usage, it is good to know it is capable of this.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Storyteller is an alternate event controller, in my opinion, superior to
dynamic.

## About The Pull Request
Adds a new disky to bitrunning, which allows you to load any of your
prefslots in, and then spawn in the domain as that character.
Also, I asked the admins about this, believable character rules wont
apply inside bitrunning domains. So you can bring your meme chars there
as well.

## About The Pull Request
Note: I am working at the request of Aeri on discord, the "Good for the
game" category is her reasoning.
Adds the Bobr 12 gauge revolver to cargo under the Goodies category, it
costs 2000 credits, and comes with a box of shotgun shells to load it
with.
I believe 2000 credits (2x the price of the Sol pistols) is a fair price
for it, but I encourage others to weigh in on that value.

## About The Pull Request
Adds in a new set of horns to character customization, the Biter's
Horns.
This is a very self indulgent addition, as these are Kyo's true horns
that I decided to sprite and add on a whim due to the lack of anything
fitting for her.
That's it, it's just those new horns.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I've needed proper horns for Kyo for a while, so I made them myself.
They'll be publically available too, so hey, anyone else who wants to
use Kyo's horns can!
## Proof Of Testing
Tested and the menu shows it, sprite is visible. Very minor addition,
not much room for error.

## About The Pull Request
Makes Ashwalker/Lizard names use a special generator, which either makes
its own name based on consonant/vowel pairs, or with the infamous
Verbs-The-Noun format.
Consonant/vowel generation will take up 80% of random names.
Verbs-The-Noun will take up 20% of random names.
Uses the ic/slur filter as well in case it generates Sus-Amongus or
something hilarious.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This is basically a test PR that I will eventually(tm) make for /tg/. I
just want to know what people think of it first.
The reason why I made this is because I made the mistake of using the
standard /tg/ generator for one of my static characters and it's
entirely possible for someone else to get the same name since there are
limited pickings (1 in 26569 for a female lizardperson).
## Proof Of Testing
Using the new debug verb provided:

Replaces Interdyne for Ice Moon with the old original version before

<!-- Please make sure to actually test your PRs. If you have not tested

## Why It's Good For The Game
The Frozen Moonlight revision is a rather controversial update of
Interdyne, which at best has had a mixed reception with regular ghost
role players. While I like some aspects of it, I feel (personal
opinion!) the overall design is weaker than the version it replaced.
It's also considerably 'finished' with all machines upgraded and
materials included, while this version of Interdyne at least has a
gameplay reason for Interdyne members to go mining.
I'd like to offer Interdyne ghost players something old and something
new:
* Reduced the overall number of spawns to match that of the "Frozen
Moonlight" version
* Added the "Frozen Moonlight" bridge to the external landing area
* Increased map size (52x57 -> 54x57) and thickened moat
* Copied SSV Dauntless armory over to room above research
* Rework the cargo and dorms to be more comfortable visually and
spatially
* Wall mounted fire extinguishers have been littered across the hallways
* All fire alarms are aligned to their walls
* Added more air alarms and fire locks
* Added bar seating so patrons are not forced to stand
* Add cargo express console and powerator to vault's filing cabinet
* Added an old abandoned jukebox in the morgue
* Added a pAI to the library crate
* Moved sentry near kitchen one unit away (so it won't shoot pets)
* Now uses a turbine for a source of power
* Added a crematorium to morgue
* New gym area
Additionally, the behaviors of machines linking to the techweb have been
changed.
* Machines built within Syndicate designated areas
(Interdyne/DS-2/Dauntless/Space Dauntless) will only be able to connect
the newly added Syndie R&D servers
* Machines outside of Syndicate designated areas (NT/Tarkon/Ruins/Etc)
will not be able to connect to the newly added R&D Syndie servers
* All Syndicate based ruins that spawn with a R&D server will share a
single techweb that is independent to NT

## Proof Of Testing
I have compiled and tested to ensure it works in-game on Kilo and Ice
Moon, ensuring that Dauntless and Interdyne spawns do not conflict.
