Added permanent fat, a new value that's added to your total fatness. It cannot be removed through normal means and persists between rounds. Its value is recorded when leaving through cryo or at the end of a round if one is alive.
Added Galbanic Compound, a fermichem that causes massive fatness gain and adds permanent fatness. Overdose increases these effects. Addiction causes you to still swell up with normal fat, makes you hungrier, less full and makes you gain more from all sources (these effects end when the addiction does).
Added Macerinic Solution, a fermichem that can quickly remove fat and even permanent fat.
Added the Radiotrophic Metabolism mutation, makes a character gain fat over time (stronger if they are irradiated) and become immune to the adverse effects of radiations

Added the Water Sponge quirk, it makes the user bloat when water is in their system and adds a few extra water-giving interactions to showers, vapors and water applications.
Tweaked fatness hiding, application has been separated from adjust_fatness who now calls it. Breathing also calls for hiders recalculations

Fatness hiding has been tweaked, will now keep track of the object that is currently hiding the user's fatness
Null rod and bible end cursed fat steps and remove items from a person that are using fatness hiding when they hit them. Same with holy water while it is metabolizing
Added Dream Breaker, sprite provided by green6317, a null rod chaplain weapon. Has double the cooldown while attacking enemies compared to other melee weapons, but always emits light and is an effective ranged weapon when throw. It also provides a short-ranged (2 tiles) slide action that uses a lot of stamina (34)
