Fixes 2 Bugs with PR #5416
...
First bug: Changing your alt head in CMA wouldn't update it correctly.
You had to proc update_body(1, 1) twice in order to do it because of
where the head_organ.handle_alt_icon() proc call was placed in
organ_icons. Resolved
Second bug: Lack of sanity and inability to select head marking styles
with "all" alt heads allowed. Resolved

Fix pAI Atmosphere Sensor
...
The problem was that in the old code, data["pressure"] was stored as a
String to round it. While NanoUI was programmed to use
helper.smoothRound() on that again which didn't like the String Object
pressure became.
As all data is integers and rouned in the UI, the fix chosen is to make
data["pressure"] a number again.

Refactors Drask defines into species/station.dm

There was no reason for a single define and proc to have its own file.
I would have done the same with plasma-men, but they actually have a lot
of support procs because of their suits and such, so keeping that
self-contained makes much more sense.

Tidies up some (facial) hair handling and randomization.

Makes the code a lot more consistent to all the other locations it's
implemented as well.
Works the exact same as it did before but with a few less lines of code.
Also sorts out an issue with two facial hair objects having the same name. Woops.
