We don't want to attempt to pull stuff out of `/obj/item/attackby`,
because those pieces are part of the related objects' migrations, not
`/obj/item` itself. Attempting to do this causes knockon effects where
things expected to call e.g. `/obj/item/storage/attackby` in the call
chain were not ferried over to the new item interaction code, because
the related objects hadn't actually been migrated over yet.

I've used refactoring /obj/vehicle as the example for migrating
`attackby` methods instead.

b5cfca5ea8 Refactors Fish
Cleans up fish code to not be (as) reliant on some ugly associated lists
and strings.

Tweaks fish breeding:
- Breeding now only requires an additional 0.2 food level, instead of
the previous 2.0 food level
- Fish may refuse to cross-breed with other fish, resulting in dud eggs
unless another member of their species is present. Currently, shrimp and
eels refuse to breed with other types of fish.
- When breeding, fish will attempt to pick a partner and base their
success off the pair
- If the first parent will not cross-breed, they will successfully lay
an egg of their type if at least one other fish of their species is
present, otherwise they will always lay a dud
- If the first parent will cross-breed but the second parent will not,
the egg will always be a dud
- If both fish are the same type of cross-breeders, there is a 90%
chance of them successfully laying an egg of their type, otherwise the
result is a dud egg
- If the fish are different types of cross-breeders, there is a 30%
chance of them laying a dud egg, otherwise they will lay an egg of the
same type as one of the parents

Code refactor includes making adding more fish with their own special
interactions with the tank (like the catfish and feeder fish
interactions) cleaner and hopefully easier.
- New "fish" are on the way, hopefully coming soon once sprites are
available.
- Fish mutating will be added at such time to accomodate the obtaining
of new and exciting sea-life.

tweak: Fish breeding has been tweaked to support fish refusing to
cross-breed and improved egg chances with same-species parents.

9d430844c3 Replace most (if not all) output << operators with to_chat(user, message)
Currently, to_chat is literally just a proc that does user << message.
But it'll let us do output modification in the future, especially for
something like Goon's HTML chat.

Fixes toothless shark item using the placeholder fish sprite.

Fixes shark teeth being invisible
- Also slightly randomizes their position like with normal glass shards

Fixes Tobiko Sushi incorrectly being named Ikura Sushi and having an
invisible sprite

Fixes runtimes due to protein being misspelled as "protien" in 4 sushi
defines.

Fixes #1884
- This was caused by diona nymphs lacking the CANPUSH status_flag, which
is required to pass grab checks.
- Gave diona nymphs the PASSMOB pass_flag, should avoid them pushing
people everywhere, and also prevent them from being trapped by other
nymphs/people/Ian.
- CANPUSH and PASSMOB are both flags possessed by mice, so this change
effectively makes the nymph mobs closer to mice than monkeys.

9480b77514 Sushi Update
Adds multiple types of sushi, made from various ingredients including
rice, egg, fish, and fish eggs.
- Most sushi recipes are made via table-crafting, though Tamago Sushi
requires a grill to prepare.

Adds multiple new types of fish for the fish tanks! Their eggs can be
purchased in the CritterCare vendor.
- Catfish
- Will periodically reduce the filth level of the tank, helping keep it
clean while you are busy.
- Feederfish
- Will sometimes sacrifice itself to add food to the tank for other
fish. Will not sacrifice if it is the last fish, or if the food level is
sufficiently high
- Shrimp
- Salmon
- Electric Eel
- Glofish
- Will produce light if the the tank light is off.

Adds fish items for each fish you can raise!
- Most fish are simply weak weapons you can slap people with.
- Sharks and baby carp do slightly higher damage, and make a biting
sound on hit
- Sharks can have their teeth removed by using a wirecutter on them.
- Toothless sharks no longer do more damage than normal fish, nor do
they make the bite sound
- Shark teeth will be used in some future recipes
- Salmon and catfish can be cut into filets with a knife
- Shrimp and feederfish can be eaten raw, though they aren't very
filling
- Glofish, you guessed it, glow! They give off light like a weaker,
green-colored flashlight.
- Clownfish are slippery like banana peels! HONK!
- Electric eels do not zap people, but will be used in a future crafting
recipe or two for an improvised stun weapon.

Tweaked the rate at which filth will accumulate in a tank, so hopefully
it won't be a full time job to maintain a single goldfish.
- Tanks with no fish will get dirty at a lower rate than before, and
will not continue to get dirty if the filth_level is 7.5 or higher
- Previously: 25% chance to increase by 0.1
- Now: 15% chance to increase by 0.05
- Tanks with at least one fish now will get dirty slightly less often
- Previously: 25% chance to increase by 0.1 with a 30% chance to
increase by 0.1 per fish if they ate that cycle
- Now: 10% chance to increase by 0.1 with a 25% chance to increase by
0.1 per fish if they ate that cycle

Using a fish net on a fish tank will now let you select a fish to
remove, instead of selecting one at random.
- Catching a fish with the fish net will now remove it from the tank and
drop the appropriate fish item at your feet.

Added support for special cooking via cooker machines (deepfryer, cereal
maker, old candy maker, old oven)
- Only the deepfryer currently utilizes it (as the other machines aren't
used currently)
- Inserting specific items will cook them into a new item instead of
simply frying them!

New deepfryer recipes:
- Tofu can be deepfried into Fried Tofu!
- Raw sticks (from slicing potatoes) can be deepfried into a bag of
chips!
- Bananas can be deepfried into Fried Bananas! (old recipe still
possible)
- Corn can be deepfried into a bag of Corn Chips!
- This is the same as a bag of chips, except Space Mexican
- Shrimp can be deepfried into Fried Shrimp!

Began phase 1 of re-organizing/dividing food icons and code into
multiple files
- The existing icon file was nearing capacity, and the code file was
incredibly long
- This re-organization will make it easier for coders to find, edit, and
group similar/related foods together, without worrying about overfilling
the food icon file
- This means we can add way more foods in the future without worrying
about the icon being full!

Sprites courtesy of FullOfSkittles, with a few of my own horrendous
recolors/edits.
- Not all of the new sprites are currently used, but are planned for use
in a near-future PR to further expand the food options available.

Changes instances of \red and \blue to use spans as per suggestions in
glass.dm and fishtank.dm

Fixed a mistake preventing the building of one direction windows and
fishbowls (whoops!)

Fixes grammar concerns in multiple messages

Holy water is now (magically?) worth 110% of it's reagent amount when
filling aquariums.
- This is a rather small boost to having the chaplain bless the water
you are going to dump into a filtration system anyways.

Moves the fishwater ingestion method out of the on_mob_life proc to
prevent spam, now will display when initially ingested

Updates the CritterCare vendor's sprite to include the pug and fox, as
well as adjusting the "static" between displays to give it a slight
variety.

9074629123 Aquariums and Pet Rocks!
Adds fishbowls, fish tanks, and wall aquariums.
- Buildable with glass
- Fish Tanks and Wall Aquariums also have built-in lights that can be
toggled
- Wall Aquariums block atmos just like a full window or wall.

Adds fish and fish/aquarium related items:
- Goldfish, Clownfish, Sharks, and Baby Space Carp
- Eggs can be obtained for each of these fish types and a dud egg type.
- Fish food, fish nets, egg scoops, tank brushes
- These are used to maintain your aquarium

Adds new vendor: CritterCare!
- Sells pet supplies and pet rocks!
- Moved pet collars from the clothing machine into the CritterCare

Adds new room/area: Pet Store!
- Located between the Port Emergency Storage and Auxilary Tool Storage
(across from the Vault)
- Contains a CritterCare machine, 2 fishbowls, a bucket, and a sink

Adjusts some Cargo order options!
- New category: Vending
- Contains all the vending machine refill crates
- Renamed the Bartending Supply Crate to Bar Supply Crate to avoid
confusion
- Removes the coffee refill canisters from the Bar Supply Crate, placed
them into the new Coffee Supply Crate
- Adds new Clothing Supply Crate, contains refill canisters for the
Hatlord 9000, Suitlord 9000, Shoelord 9000, and ClothesMate vendors
- Adds new Pet Supply Crate, contains refill canisters for the new
CritterCare vendor

Makes the ClothesMate and CritterCare vendors constructable
- Using a screwdriver on a vendor circuitboard will now have a chance to
set it to the ClothesMate or CritterCare setting, in addition to the
previously possible settings like Booze-o-mat and Shoelord 9000.
New reagent: Fishwater
- Obtained by using an empty reagent_container on any aquarium that has
some water in it.
- Ingesting fishwater has a 30% chance per cycle to make you vomit (what
did you expect from dirty water and fish poo?)
- Fishwater is good for botany, as it provides both water and nutrients
to hydro trays

ADDITIONAL FIXES!
- Fixes the abandoned bar's misaligned area (mostly a mapper thing, will
also ensure an APC in the area will properly power the entire area (and
not space)
- Fixes a couple instances of piping mistakes where there were manifolds
and straight pipes on the same tile, preventing vent-crawlers from being
able to navigate properly
- One was in security, another was the back room of hydroponics
- Fixed a missing pipe in the AI upload causing the vent to be
disconnected from the pipe network
