Integrate fart sound effects into /proc/get_sfx
Use similar pattern to vore noises

- added fatorays and fatnades to the uplink
- updated fat thresholds in pref menu
- changed calorite statue descriptions slightly
- made a new burp chem, Fizulphite
- new variables to account for "slurburping"
- new anti-burp / anti-fullness chem, Soothseltz
- two new drinks in GATO COLA machine (Fizz Wizz, Soothseltz)
- some sprites for the cans
- also removed leftover mention of dogborgs
- the nutritech nodes are functional now
- more tweaks to necropolis loot crates
- fixed ruin of gluttony
- added special "fatoray scraps" which can be used to reveal research nodes for nutritech
- added WG culture bottle preset
- tweaked gym equipment weight loss a bit
- added a lot of WG-related loot to lavaland pool table
- changed some xenoarch Tp locations
hopefully this fixes some bugs that were made present due to a botched PR I did a few days ago, as well as properly implementing craftable cake people (or cake golems, if you wanna call them that). sadly the code that was present when i tried to make my modifications for some reason does not give the person attempting to eat the cake person any nutriment or vitamins, so i would appreciate it if a more experienced coder gave me a hint on how to fix this, or just fixed it themselves.
