allows construction of wood and rough iron (metal rod) walls and false walls, girder construction uses defines, screwdriver displaced girder to deconstruct, examine a girder for (de)construction hints, projectiles have a chance of passing thru girder,changed girder health values, false wall construction takes time (2s)
