568d289a67 Generic Action\Action Button System
This commit ports the GAABS from -tg-station13. The GAABS allows for
generic, movable, hud elements for spells, powers, and items.

e1249fc640 Lighting overhaul.
This commit overhauls the lighting system to Bay12 standards. It is better

4366f5f819 Updating Resource to /tg/ standars along with factory
title, makes resource nodes far better. should pick up the drag that is costing resources to send blob to corpse.

a769b4fc39 Shadowling fixes
- Fixes shadowling thralls not showing up on Check Antagonists.
- Also adds vampire thralls to Check Antagonists
- Fixes shadowlings not turning off hardsuit helmet lights.
- Fixes transforming into a shadowling dropping organs.
- Adds job such as blueshield, NT rep, and pod pilot to the list of jobs
that cannot be shadowlings.
- Remove ascended shadowling commune, transfers the shadowling's
languages to the ascendant instead.
- Fixes intercept not being sent to the station on shadowling rounds.

cf1ac2f602 Fixes #881 and lets vampires gain nutrition from consuming blood reagent.
Fixes #881, vampires should no longer get fat from drinking too much blood. Handle_blood now checks for blood that isn't their own and "eats" it.

2d93888ea0 Vampires get nutrition from blood, not food.
Sucking blood increases nutrition, nutriment reagent does not. Also adds an immunity check for holy water contact.

00035a51f0 It compiles!
- Makes shadowlings compile, require snowflaking of a few things to the
human Life() proc due to how Bay species works.
- Renames monkeyizing var to notransform, as that's effectively what it
was used for, to prevent transformation. (/tg/ port)

0ab3a54fcb Copy-Paste Port of /tg/station's Shadowlings
Ports tgstation/-tg-station#8157

This won't compile, needs to be bugfixed and tested. The only reason I
am PRing  this right now is so that we don't have multiple people
working on the same thing.

@ZomgPonies This will require PROBABILITY SHADOWLING # to be added to
game_options.txt, and will likely require SQL database additions for the
BE_SHADOWLING antag preference.

29c59bd51b Add check for antags in msg_admin_attack
This commit first adds a new helper proc labeled isAntag(), as well as
adding a check for antags for every instance of msg_admin_attack().

Goals of this commit:
 - Make admin ATTACK: logs indicate if attacker is an antagonist.

Note; High probability of merge conflicts, 47 files changed.

- Armblade and Chitinous Armor cost from 20 to 25.
- Made armor values for chitinous helmet consistent with chitinous
armor, minor increase to the energy resistance of the armor.
- Resonant and Dissonant Shriek costs from 20 to 30.
- Dissonant Shriek light EMP range from 5 to 4, heavy EMP range is
unchanged and remains 2.
